Great product, very satisfied with my purchase, the communication from the company was excellent and very informative, delivery was excellent

There was an issue with the initial delivery and the company quickly sent a replacement delivery.

The chair was easy to put together and is exactly what I needed.

The chair ordered arrived in a ripped open box. I wrote the company and after a few days was asked to open the chair and check for any damage to the product before any refund would be provided. I wrote that I did not want to open the inner package and just wanted to send this chair back. After several days I received a response that they would not fully refund the product and if I still wanted to return the chair I would be responsible to pay for it. Buyer beware! Would not recommend this product or company. This is especially disappointing given the nature of this product. I would include a photo of the box that arrived and the condition it was in if able

The chair is easy assembled and fits nicely in our shower. It is very sturdy and drys fast. It is just the right height! Thank you!

I've been trying to get in touch with this company. The shower chair I purchased is not going to work for me. I've sent emails, have not had any response back.
Would not recommend them for this reason.

I never received my order. I receiving everything in Chinese writing. No tracking information , A really bad experience. No place to cancel or reorder.
No phone number to confirm or cancel.

The advertisement of product description, the ease of assembly, and how the product worked was actually true to the product itself. The questions I asked of i1204’s customer service were met with prompt, clear, and respectful responses. The chair arrived a day earlier than expected. The product was true to the advertisement! It has made my life in this area so much better than the previous shower chair I was using.

A practical chair that makes showering my dad with Dementia and Parkinson's Disease much easier. The swivel feature and adjustable arms add to the convenience. It wobbles a bit, which makes me a bit uneasy, and the back of the chair is a bit too short for ideal support.
