I purchased grade A ipad’s threw Wowcher, Three of them! They all have the serial numbers ground down and black cases super glued to the back, are these iPads stolen?! I cannot believe I paid money for these awful products, makes it even worse that I have 3 completely unusable ipads.
They do not hold charge and I cannot get any response from the supplier!!

I bought an Apple Mac from them through Wowcher, I returned it the day after receiving it because it was to heavy for my sons school bag, I kept contacting them due to my refund not being issued after 2 weeks they just told me to contact Wowcher so I did and they said they need to get authorisation from the company which they wouldn’t give so I had to get my back involved as it has took over 4 weeks to get the refund,

I ordered an iPad Air from Wowcher and it arrived today . After undoing the package I found that iPad had a case on it which I didn’t want so I removed the case to find that back of the iPad had been ground down in two places, I can only think of one reason why this has been done and that is that it is a stolen iPad !! So I have contacted them but no reply yet I will never buy from this company again and buyers should be cautious about doing so …

Would have been 5 but had to chase up the packaging which then came 2 days later. To save time I took the monitor myself to the repair centre. They were very polite and replaced my screen within an hour!

Not received what I ordered, they dont respond to emails. I have put the payment in dispute with my bank. Only way to get your money back.
I sent 3 emails to them over the space of a week, never responded, they even have the cheek to charge for fast delivery.

Delivery was on time, and the accessories I received were aftermarket, which the reason they gave was that used accessories have a lot of wear and tear. but after request, they gave me original (used) accessories as replacement for the ones they sent me

I did finally get a response - something they neglect to inform you about on any documents is the password. I’m now in, and happy enough with the product itself, but they need someone to answer the phone calls. I called at least 4 times and there was never an answer.

I call them they don’t reply. Nobody call you back. They just talk you by email.
I am waiting for a refund but they fail to discuss on a proper way with me.

Nothing but bad experiences with this company
Until today, I didn't know that this company existed. It's the other name for IT Trade Services - which is the company I actually dealt with. I wouldn't have connected the two, if I hadn't reverse-checked a phone number they used to call me.
I have had nothing but trouble with IT Trade Services. They did not send out the equipment I ordered, and - when I complained - they refused, continually, to do so. Communication broke down, due to their constant gaslighting techniques and I eventually had to contact Amazon directly to get satisfaction. I was given a refund, more than a month after the initial complaint.
I don't know how they got my phone number, but during the complaint process, they repeatedly tried calling me. I got Amazon reps to tell them to limit contact to Amazon's sanctioned channels, because I wanted to keep a verifiable record of everything that was said. They are still attempting to contact me, even now. This has turned into harassment.
I strongly recommend that everybody avoids this company.
Months to process refund
Been chasing my refund since September. Laptop sent was below spec paid for. Told I was issued a refund over and over with various excuses but nothing ever received. UPDATE: I did receive a refund eventually. Thank you

Don’t think it will be any different for you. Don’t buy from this company. They took my money, pretended they didnt get the order properly even though they had the payment. Said they would call back, didnt and then dont answer the phone afterwards.

Everything seems good, was sceptical and a bit nervous after reading some reviews about people not getting anything or receiving broken or different items but I ordered a MacBook, after about 5 days it arrived today along with the charger, everything works so far so good
