Cheap Programming and Deceptive Practices
It has been observed that this company engages in open mockery of their guests and clients by making derogatory comments about their supposed disabilities while laughing about them on recorded cameras. The dishonesty of their customer service and operations team is a significant concern as they do not seem to be genuinely interested in the experiences or feedback of their guests. The company appears to be struggling financially as it charges overpriced event fees despite investing very little in them. It is very disappointing to see a company like this engaging in toxic practices tarnishing the sports industry. They must be held accountable for their actions and are reviewed accordingly.
