I did get a rules violation notification after 11 days…
I did get a rules violation notification after 11 days of the alleged violation - ok, maybe there was a breach, which I did not noticed, although I do not see any at the moment and they have not pointed out it exactly…
So my negative review in not because violaton itself but:
- Violation notification after 11 days is not ok - too much can happen meanwhile!
- The notificatin should include all the information about the violation in that first notification. Not that one has to ask for the detailes to understand it or needs to start to prove something, as they ask!

This is absolutely amazing. Finally Crypto Prop firm with access to the Bybit. I could not trade on DX Trade, MT4 and other nonsense that other firms using. EXPERIENCED TRADERS KEEP AWAY
Unfortunately Trust pilot only allows limit on characters and photos or videos are not an option to upload to support my review. If it had been, I would have uploaded the entire transcript of the conversations and photos along with videos to show and prove my review is entirely truthful.
I contacted hydeotrader live chat about pairs available. They sent me a link to bybit to check the instruments available at hydeotrader. The link showed the pairs I need..
When I received the challenge, this wasn't the case those missing pairs contribute to half my trading system.
The product described beforehand was different to what I got.
I told them about this providing the same link to them.
I was told I have more than enough pairs to trade and to continue and that possibly when funded those pairs i need may be included
They didn't acknowledge that the product received was different to what was offered and I was misinformed.
Logging on to platform on Via browser (PC)
I had continued issues. I am UK based. Every time I have tried to log in on my PC using VPN (bybit doesn't accept UK residents) it has shown 0 (zero) account balance and wants verification.
When I logged in with No VPN I was able to log in.
There resolution to this issue was to use NO VPN on the PC.
I'm a UK resident who when logs in using VPN as per suggested by hydeotrader has an account balance of 0 (zero) and can't trade it.
I'm having to use a normal UK IP address to log in. What happens when the platform starts to reject the UK IP address and I'm halfway through a challenge??
I sent them photos to show and prove all the above.
They continually said 'there are plenty of other UK users who have no issues' insinuating that I don't know what I am doing.
Platform malfunction. I used extremely small sizes to check the platform out . Literally risking $2-3 to do so.
When using the platform on the PC via a normal UK IP address I managed to execute and set the SL and TP. I also at the same time checked on the bybit APP which showed all is in sync. Exactly how it should be. The test trade hit the SL (correctly so). However, whilst it was showing it was all working fine on the bybit APP but the platform on the PC was showing the trade was still RUNNING and ignored the SL. This is the same trading account where the app is working correctly and the platform on PC clearly hasn't.
I sent several videos and photos on this showing and proving it. They totally ignored it
There response to this was this....
And what is the specific issue? We have at least 180 active traders on DEMO from the UK, and no one has reported any issues. We can guide you with the platform, but it definitely works.
And also this.....
First, you complained about not having enough pairs to trade. Then, you found other issues to complain about. You are looking for problems that don't exist. I have chatted with you here for two days and answered all your questions, yet it is still not enough for you. You paid for an opportunity in our firm, and you have that opportunity, so take it or don't. If you want to continue communicating, please be respectful. If not, don't communicate. We are also people, and we will not tolerate this. Thank you for understanding
As you can see. Even though I provided photos and videos for proof of issues nowhere did GEORGE deal with the issue and if anything he was passive aggressive. At no time was I rude or aggressive I ask them to PROVE it on here with a reply showing what I allegedly said.
They have since blocked me on discord and unable to contact them and they stole my challenge fee.. they won't give me money back.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS FIRM. THIS FIRM IS NOT FOR EXPERIENCED TRADERS.
