pure data collection
Hyro offers a $10,000 account to get you interested. After that, they require full KYC.
The KYC process itself gets approved, but then the platform suddenly stops working and it’s impossible to move forward or actually use the account.
From my experience, this looks like pure data collection rather than a legitimate trading opportunity.
Be very careful about sharing your personal documents with this company.

Hi, to clarify, KYC is required only for funded accounts, which is standard practice across legitimate prop firms. We do not collect personal documents without purpose, nor do we benefit in any way from doing so without providing access to our services.
If you experienced an issue after KYC approval, we would be happy to investigate and resolve it. In such cases, it’s important to clarify what exactly was not working, whether it was the dashboard, platform connection, or setup process, as most issues can be resolved quickly with support assistance.
If there is a genuine technical problem, we fix it. We always encourage traders to contact our support team directly so we can assist and provide accurate clarification.

Purchased 100K one step at the start and I recommend it as you do not need to waist time with phase 2, I have passed it within 10 days exactly, since it was weekend I have waited till Monday for review, which is fine with me since I do not trade during weekends. Manage to get 2K in 3 payouts within 3 days, than failed because of bad market conditions, i was lucky to use new yesrs discount so i went for 200k almost passed that one, the only fˇthung thst they could adjust is msximum withdrawal it wozld be nuce thst it would be above 5% but st lesst you csn withdraw payouts every 24h.

Hi, It is the trader’s responsibility to fully familiarize themselves with all trading rules before trading, as these rules are clearly published and applied consistently to all accounts.
HyroTrader provides access to real funded accounts on Bybit, which fundamentally differentiates us from many simulated prop firms. Because of this, our stop-loss obligation rule is critical, especially when trading large position sizes.
Even a brief period without stop-loss protection exposes the account to unacceptable risk under our funding model.
This is also why we strongly recommend using free trial challenges to test rules and execution behavior. Traders may use as many free trials as they wish to become fully comfortable with our requirements before trading a funded evaluation.

Save yourself while there's still time
Having read other similar reviews, I would add that it's common practice at Hyrotrade to buy public opinion by offering poisoned gifts. Don't be fooled and share your true experience, otherwise other customers will be scammed. I encourage everyone to expose this company.
UPDATE Update: I am in direct discussions with Samuel Drnda, the company's CEO. I am awaiting further developments.
don't have good news. Samuel only wrote to me to express his regret and his personal frustration. Unfortunately, nothing will be resolved with Hydrotrade. I wish good luck to anyone who might have a dispute in the future.
A complete scam! Avoid it while you still can. I practiced in demo mode, studied their rules for two weeks… I've been a trader for five years. I finally managed to pay for my challenge. My email address was blocked by Cleo. I had to exchange more than 20 emails with Romana Ludwigova… She finally told me that the real challenge and the demo mode were identical, so I paid €1,200 for nothing. Then, they offered me a free financial account, the workings of which I didn't quite understand, at the same address that Cleo had blocked. So, still unable to do anything, Cleo claims it's Hydrotrader, Hydrotrader claims it's Cleo—it's a vicious cycle. Don't waste your time, avoid it as quickly as possible while you still can.

We have reviewed this case multiple times internally, including at CEO level, and we must correct several factual inaccuracies in this review.
The client purchased a trading challenge that was correctly assigned and activated. Trades were executed on an active evaluation account, which resulted in a rule violation and a failed challenge. This outcome was not caused by a platform error, account blockage, or system malfunction.
All HyroTrader challenges are clearly disclosed on our website as being conducted in a simulated (demo) environment, which is standard across the prop trading industry. “Simulated” does not mean risk-free practice. Once a challenge is assigned, all trades count toward the evaluation. This is stated clearly and repeatedly in our materials.
Despite the challenge being legitimately failed, we extended goodwill solutions beyond our contractual obligations, including complimentary and upgraded challenge offers. These were declined by the client.
Claims that the client “paid for nothing,” that no challenge was provided, or that this was a scam are incorrect and do not reflect the documented facts of the case.
We stand by our processes, disclosures, and support team. While we regret that the client is dissatisfied, we cannot accept responsibility for trading decisions or misunderstandings that occurred despite clear information and multiple attempts at resolution.
For transparency, we’d also like to note that we provide free trial accounts, which can be used without limitation, allowing traders to fully test the platform behavior and all rules before purchasing a challenge. This is specifically intended to help avoid situations like this.
