I have been using Hypnosis Downloads for quite a few years now. I've seen quite a bit of personal improvement and positive changes.

Just such pleasant voices! I also love the fact that a whole team works on every audio.

Awesome products - I love the hypnosis recordings. The intro's are intelligent and considered. The hypnosis process is subtle and relaxing. The messages are clear, practical and wise.
I listened to one of them just once and it had a noticeable improvement on my focus. I am going to listen to them regularly and have no doubt they will lead to positive improvements in my life. Highly recommended and I'm very grateful for these.

6 weeks ago I had surgery and unfortunately it left me with damaged nerves in my abdomen which have given me agonising, burning pain when I moved. It was intense enough to make me almost immobile, and utterly miserable. When I researched things I could do to help, hypnotherapy came up which made sense to me, since the pain is caused by faulty communication between the damaged nerve and the brain. I decided to try your audio for neuropathic pain. It made me feel better even to think that I could do something to help myself. I found I really resonated with what was said in the audio - I enjoyed re-drawing my bodily sensations from a jagged burning scene to gentle cool blue waves. I often drift off and don't remember everything that was said, but the main thing is that after a week of listening every day, my pain is massively reduced! It's actually almost gone! I'm delighted and will try more of your audios now.
The only thing I would say is that you suggest the pain could reduced by 40 or 60% or something like that - when listening I felt that was imposing a limit, and I mentally added, "or even more!" I think good to aim high!

I have struggled most of my life with Night Eating Syndrome so was delighted to come across a download from Uncommon Knowledge that has worked like magic for me.
The compulsion to scoff myself silly at nighttime completely gone after only listening twice!
I have never had a problem with overeating during the day but all my efforts to eat healthily were sabotaged by my night eating.

I tried my first hypnosis track and felt an immediate impact. I am now a believer in hypnosis, or at least hypnosis as done by this company. They are top notch. I've been using the 'stop night' eating hypnosis for almost two weeks now and finding that it's really helping me with the night eating! Im finding Rogers voice is so soothing and comforting, I look forward to popping it on before bed and just relaxing into the hypnosis. First and most important - this is not a US app, nor does it use American voices. There are so many meditation/ hypnosis apps that promise so much until you listen to them. Secondly, the people behind this are professionals with proper qualifications, so you feel that the app is trustworthy. I have been listening to two programmes for a couple of weeks and am feeling some benefit. If I had one suggestion, it would be to find a female colleague to voice the downloads on female sexuality. I have found it intrinsically uncomfortable to listen to this voiced by a man.

I’ve been a chocoholic all my life and have recently been diagnosed as pre-diabetic, so it’s seriously time to knock my sugar addiction on the head. I’ve noticed a difference after 8 days of listening to the ‘Lose your sweet tooth’ at bedtime. Yesterday I was at the shops and as I went past the dairy treats I was almost tempted to buy a tub of chocolate mousse, but for the first time I actually felt nauseous thinking about it. That has NEVER happened before.
I really like listening to the hypnosis downloads. They are calming, because Roger has the perfect voice for it. They are also educational and you can tell a lot of thought and wisdom has been put into writing and recording them so they are as effective as possible. I’ve used hypnotherapy in the past and these are by far the most professional and effective hypnosis recordings I have listened to. They’re also very good value for money. I would highly recommend hypnosis downloads. If you are willing to listen consistently, it really works.

Very calming meditations, good cognitive behavioural therapy.
I purchased the quit vaping 2 pack, but didn’t listen to it immediately. I wasn’t ready. When i did decide to do it, i listened then quit immediately. It put me in the right frame of mind to do so. It was subsequently useful to calm down and focus when i had a craving. The additional nicotine download was also very useful.

These sessions are deeply relaxing and incredible at helping me to to sleep!

I started at first using the blogs for Creative thoughts and clarity about certain topics. It was so good that I couldn't resist the temptation and started buying recorded hypnosis. The style was very unique and quite special. I really loved the kind of help that is well recorded and staying with me to listen whenever I want and two be an inspiration for my own growth as a hypnotherapist myself. I really appreciate all the work and the amazing data that came into this website. I will definitely keep on using it for a lifetime and so grateful. These guys are so smart and amazing. Good scripts and excellent voices for delivery. Likely to have a positive effect for most.

I have bought 2 scripts and I like both - I really like the mellow voice. I would prefer that each script excluded the initial explanation at the beginning which I have to listen to each time - its definitely a useful explanation, but better separate from the script in my opinion.
Unfortunately I had trouble with the app when I downloaded the second one, but reinstalling the app solved it.

Hypnosis Downloads is one of the best gifts I've ever given myself. The sessions are helping me to get through an extremely difficult period of life with as much ease and grace as possible.
