It started off ok - but turn bad
It started off ok, the mattress was delivered late. After 2 months I noticed that I was getting lower back pain.
I notified hypnia and they said continue using it otherwise I could return it.
After another month I said I would like to return it. It was a long drawn out process. In the end the cover go lost in the post and they blamed it on me.
Then they tried to charge 85 euros to return the mattress and now they refuse to take it back.
Be careful!!!!
