Customer service is absolute rubbish

Customer service is absolute rubbish! The say they have dispatched the item but DPD say they have only received order details but not the parcel.
It's been 5 days since I placed my order and already asked to have my delivery fee refunded because the item hasn't been delivered in the 1-2 day timeframe.
DPD MakeItRight have told me they definitely haven't received it and HyperX (person named Lukschene) are adamant they have sent it to DPD.

HyperX customer service are closed on the weekend so now I won't get anywhere until Monday! It's shambolic how these two companies cannot communicate between each other and I have to do the chasing up. What a nightmare!

These clowns wouldn’t replace an 8 dollar extension chord that my dog chewed up, 2 weeks later the headset jack crapped out on me. Don’t waste your money on this cheap s**t, please spend it anywhere else.

Best Keyboard I Have Ever Owned!

I recently just got my new HyperX Alloy Origins Core keyboard (with aqua switches) and it is amazing! Just what I wanted! Fast, responsive clicky switches with some RGB makes a beautiful keyboard! 5 out of 5 stars! Definitely would buy again!

Shocking customer service and…

Shocking customer service and misleading packaging. Bought the cloud ll headset as it says pro gaming virtual 7.1 compatible with xbox one ps4 pc and mobile yet there is no means to control volumes or mut mic that option is for usb sound card only. Not ps4 or xbox so how can tbis be a pro gaming headset if you cant controll volumes or mute the mic and cant get virtual 7.1 this is basically poor over priced chat mic that cant be muted

I recommend HyperX Cloud Alpha

The leatherette ear pads are so comfortable! Great sound quality, sound isolation is working. I like that the mic could be removed in case I just want to watch a movie or listen to music. My voice is always clear to others in Discord.

I don't write reviews often, but I made an expection

I don't write reviews often, but I thought I'd leave one this time because the level of customer service I've received from HyperX is amazing.

So far I own 3 HyperX products, I've had 2 warranty replacements, one for my headset cable, and just today for the whole headset itself as the right channel stopped working.

I really can't stress enough how good the customer service is. After contacting them through the website I received a response the next morning, and within 2 days I got notification my replacement was being dispatched.

HyperX products itself are of high quality, but when they do break they get replaced.

I bought a keyboard RGB mechanical

I bought a keyboard RGB mechanical, wasnt the best keyboard in the world but it kept repeating keystrokes. Contacted Hyper X for a possible refund, in fairness immediate response sending me out another within a week. respect for the genuine care given even though the product isnt the best in the world.

I would recommend Hyper X as a result, just view the product before you buy it.

The best Headphones I've ever had

Have headphones for 2 months, and I can say that these headphones is the best in our universe. I had a lot of headphones, but Cloud II comfort and quality is the BEST, and im not a fan boy or something like that, but the price and quality talks for themselves, even though the headphones are quite old, but almost every streamer still uses. Really recommend Cloud II.

Fantastic customer service and great product

I live in the UK. I had a problem with the mic causing massive interference after 18 months of ownership. I contacted customer support and with no question a new headset was dispatched to me which arrived a couple of days later. In these corona times you simply couldn't ask for better. The headset is fantastic and backed up by excellent customer support. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Great company.

My headphones broke during Covid times…

My headphones broke during Covid times while still within warranty, after some interactions with their support team for confirmation that the product is truly broken and that I truly own it, they promptly sent me a replacement for free.

The situation was handled within a very reasonable amount of time, and the product itself, while having broken after a year, is very high quality and comfortable (Headset)

Truly recommend HyperX for gaming headsets at least, and 100% buying from them again.

Had to RMA a keyboard from them last year, which was a nightmare in itself. Shane in particular was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

Replacement keyboard has also developed a fault. Poor QC and poor PR. Avoid.

Terrible customer service!

I've had hyperx products in the past and they never seem to last so I had bought the hyper cloud x2s it it lasted maybe a month or so before it stopped working and on very gentle with it and it just sits on my desk. Decided to get a cheaper one. The hyper cloud stinger it the right ear went out in the few months I had it and I contact customer support and it took them months to reply to me and when they finally did thy never sent me the instructions waiting 2 weeks. Then they expect me to pay shipping and get my credit card charged. If you value your time and money I would look elsewhere. Terrible. Terrible customer service. Willnot be buying from them again.

My opinion on HyperX

They have a variety of products, and they are not just cheap items to get you by, they are cheap but effective they work just like its more expensive counterparts, like logitech.

Great customer support, good products

Great customer support in my experience. I'm very surprised to see others on TripAdvisor saying otherwise. I've contacted HyperX a couple of times by live chat, and they have always been very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me fix an issue with my HyperX Alloy keyboard really quickly and helped me with an exchange for a faulty mouse which was very easy and seemless. Djagmit was really helpful today with the keyboard issue. It's great that the live chat is accessible so quickly depsite the challenging circumstances with COVID-19. Thanks very much.

Worst Customer service

I was a loyal customer. So its astonishing they wont even work with you. or honor their deals online. As i was trying to check out the price for the item on sale went back to normal price. I called them about the issue and there was nothing they could do about it apparently.
It just takes a click of a button. Anyway, so much for customer service. The supervisor cant even find time to call you.
Way to keep your customers.
