I purchased a couple of health wristwatches
Date and Time totally wrong . I was told fully charge the watch and all would be ok.I have never worn the watch it is just sitting on my table since Nov 2020

Scam site, they will take your money and deliver nothing.

Bought 2 Magnilens from Hypertech.com. recently. What I received was totally different from what was advertised in their web site. Don’t believe the video advertisement either. Poor quality products. Quite useless in my opinion. Wasted my money.

I ordered an Air Conditioning Unit, which leaked water.
Obviously water & electric is not a good mix.

They sent me another unit, which had the same issue.

Despite requesting a refund, they sent me another unit, which leaked as well.

Despite numerous e-mails, for the last few months, I have still not received my refund, despite being told that it had been sent.

Do not order from this company - Be Warned.

Dreadful company to deal with.

Scammers and charlatans. How can these still be in business is beyond me

Hypertech US company (not automotive parts co). Believing this was a US company (as advertised in their name), I ordered two items costing $199. The order confirmation email made me concerned so I requested order cancellation the next day via email. No response. Two weeks later, I received an “order shipped” email, but when I click on “tracking” or “go to store” link, I get an error webpage. I replied back to the “order shipped” email stating that I requested order cancellation in advance. Got an email back a week later telling me that the order could not be cancelled because it already shipped. Despute with credit card company is still pending. Can someone post some advice on how to handle this?

I get 10 emails a day for their GX Smartwatch by a shady marketing company called Executive Leads. they use a marketing agency that do not comply with spam laws in my country. They do no honor unsubscribe requests. It's impossible to block them as emails comes from various domains. Even if this watch was great I would avoid it due to the modus operandi of the creator of the watch. Very annoying!

Most reviews mistake Hyperstech.com (with an S) for Hypertech.com (no S). HyperStech is the company responsible for all of these bad reviews.
Hypertech is a great company who makes aftermarket automotive performance parts.

Trustpilot has Hypertech (no S) linked to all these bad reviews, and their address is even incorrect. Terrible way to help people leaving reviews.

Hypertech (no S) does not sell drones, watches, flashlights, or other small electronics (especially bad ones). That is Hyperstech.com (with an S).

This Clean T ultrasonic tooth gadget is being sold by Hyper Tech. I can affirm and confirm that they are indeed illegitimate and a SCAM. I placed an order and canceled it 20 minutes after placing it due to seeing the reviews on Trust Pilot and other platforms. They are refusing to refund my money. They sent an email asking me not to involve my bank because then they won't be able to refund my money as their funding will be withheld. That informed me that they do not have funds to proceed with a refund. I never received their product which goes under different names but in the end it is an ineffective piece of plastic according to the research I did.

Please safe your money, time and avoid this company, Clean T or hyper tech like the plague.

I ordered a GX Smartwatch on June 26.Until today has not arrived. This company is a scam. Thieves.
Do Not buy anything from them. Beware.

I only gave a one star because I cant go to zero I ordered a set of wifi boosters two months ago and still have not received them same message every time from customer service be patient we're sorry for the inconvenience what a joke apparently I'm out of 150 bucks

Hice una compra de un repetidor wifi a principios de mayo. Sigo sin recibir nada, aunque varios emails de la empresa indicaban que esta en transito.
El servicio al cliente es nefasto y no dan ninguna solucion. Logicamente es una estafa. NO COMPRES!!

I bought a wifi repeater at the beginning of May. Still waiting for it and after several emails with the company their only reply is "IN TRANSIT".
Obviously, it´s a SCAM. Don´t buy on this website if you don´t want to lose your money!!!

Giving Hypertech a 1 star review is an insult to other 1 star company.
I ordered a product and I unbeknownst to me, it was shipped from China. Not a big deal, other then the product was promoted as American made. The item arrived at a distribution center in Jamaica, NY on May 18th, 2020. I have received not further updates. I spoke with customer service rep and was told to give it another week... really? Being a person that has bought several products from Europe, Asia, and South America, I know that it does not take weeks for "low dollar" items to clear customs or process from NY to CT. This is a rip-off, avoid at all cost. You're just throwing your money away.

The worst company to deal with.
Ordered watch and website said " T-Watch should be at your door within 15 working days. NOW 38 WORKIING DAYS AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE WATCH. Emailed them several times and tracking number does not work .

OMG! I feel so stupid. Paid for a wifi booster and after two months they tell me it has been delivered. Just for fun I now ask for shipping details etc.
BUT I know already that the money is lost and I feel SO stupid. Cannot believe I taught my kids not to fall for these scams and here I am.
I bet it's not even worth sending a report to the danish police - they would probably laugh with good reason...! Just wonder how many customers they have like me - hope it's only a few and that they do not earn tons of dollars on this ridiculous website.
I think Trustpilot should have a skull/poison icon instead of one star!

Does not come on. Dead machine, does not work dead, emailed the seller peter at mountain gate VIC, AU 3156, email returned, mailed hypertech, also nomads
All ignored or no reply returned.
PLEASE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS MOB.
FREAKS AND FRAUDS. MUST SEE IF PAYPAL CAN WORK THIS OUT

This is a company set up to RIP people off, sent many mails and get an automated response, never answer the phone. And just keep replying the goods are in transit. Goods can't be in transit for 10 weeks. They even fiddle the tracking system.

Be warned do not use this horrible company if you do the be prepared to loose your money

They are theives!!! I ordered the wifiboosters and never received it! They never communicate or update you and then you never get your product! DONT DO IT!!!

Do not order from this company I ordered WiFi boosters with the promise of delivery in 7 days. 15 days later and no communication via email despite various attempts by me . I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I am really disappointed as I’ve been scammed out of my money.

So guys what do we do they should refund us, give our money back, i m not taking it sorry i m going to hunt them with all my might please support my efforts threaten them they can't play with our money
