Should be zero stars. This is the same company as Hyperstech (Novads). They keep changing their name to try and avoid all of the negative reviews. These people are at best scammers and at worst thieves. They sell cheap fake/faulty Chinese goods that they pass off as something different. They will take an eternity to deliver this rubbish and give you fake tracking information. You are also likely to incur a customs charge on the product too. When you return or refuse delivery, they say they will refund you, but they do not.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Hello, I made a purchase of an xphone online.
I need to cancel this purchase today.
This is already the third different channel by which I try to contact the company.

I have bought three Smart Bands. They do not work. After fully charging the device stays stuck in device and does not show result. Inthe beginning it did show sometimes, but not anymore. I have not opended the third. Two devices do not work. They are useless and way too expensive.
Do not buy!!!

Never answers email charges are not what the so called deals are and all in USD they charge but not in £££ they advertise in £££
They do not stick to the offer

They will not cancel order
So refuse delivery
Advise credit card company
Steer clear 😱
