Ordered three BB boosters and got wifi-extenders.
Then as I was curious to see if this actually ment the same thing and it was my error I tested one out. The sBB spead was actually 100mbps SLOWER with the 'extender' on AND I then had loads of notices that my passwords were now compromised... That's about 700 passwords saved to Chrome... Cheers you total losers. I'm calling my bank as we speak.

Ordered one WIFI Boost from Hyperstech/Novads on March 4, 2020. Received unit about the middle of July, 2020. No mention on anything from Hyperstech/Novads about return of defective product within 30 days. It took about 3-1/2 months to receive product. Due to COVID-19, I was not able to start trying the product to see how it worked until October 2020. I found out I received and paid for a defective unit (manufacturers defect). It would not even turn on. I contacted Hyperstech/Novads about problem. They then informed me of the 30 day return rule - a time frame that was eaten up by Hyperstech/Novads in their failure to get the product to me for over 3 months. They then informed me they would not be doing anything to replace it the manufacturer defective unit, by further informing me they closed my replacement request file at Hyperstech/Novads. I am out the money. Thank God I did not order a second unit like I figured I probably needed. Now the same unit is being advertised on facebook under a different name. Probably the same companies using a different name.

I was also given a bogus USP tracking number. Hoping my bank can get my hard-earned money back for me.
Shame on these people, we live in such untrusting times, and people like this only add fuel to fire burning in us. Also, invoice number and order number are different, using two different names.

This is a legit scam
This is a legit scam. They sent junk and then 2 weeks later made unauthorized charges to my bank card for $59.99. That is fraud !! They now have another website called hyperztech with a z instead of an s. This scam will be stopped one way or another. Do not give these scammers any information as they will steal your money.
Oh look the same basic scammer reply that everyone else gets even though I already sent my information and they refused to acknowledge doing business and I have screenshots of the transactions on my bank account they took unauthorized charges out on.

HOT UNDER THE COLLAR OVER COOLAIR CRAP PRODUCT
I ordered and received a CoolAir personal space air cooler. I fell for the hype about this product. What arrived was a cheap piece of crap that leaked everywhere. The flimsy paper filter is supposed to suck up water and cool passing air blown from a pissy PC low volt fan. This does nothing to lower temperature or purify air. As for whisper quiet, that is another lie. $20 worth not the $120 paid. Shonky dealings...keep clear!!!!

This company is a complete scam. I purchased a $200 drone that was nothing more than a non functioning Chinese knockoff. It did not work as advertised and the company did not correct the problem. They wanted some video evidence rather than send me the product I purchased. Do not waste your money on products from this company. They are obviously and undeniably a fraud.

Ordered a ZoomShot Pro @ €67.00, instead received something entirely different... a cheap Apexel APL-T18ZJ as sold for less than €15.00 on various sites. Looking at other reviews this seems to be normal practice for this company and especially this item (other review).
The above was written by some other poor mug. I had exactly the same experience with the same item.
Hyperstech are a bunch of crooks, and I am about to lodge a complaint with the police against mail fraud.
