I purchased this service and it never worked, I emailed the vendor within hours asking for a refund and was told it shows everything is good take care. They have refused to answer subsequent emails. Customer service non-existent, programming almost non-existent most channels do not work. If you are purchasing for UK channels be advised they are practically non-existent. AVOID this service.
