While The owner was mostly fast to respond to my discord prompts, it does appear this host is a scam, designed to make you wait as long as possible so they can (probably) move your money away from the receiving account. He conveniently deleted the “hackers” data and constantly said a refund was being processed and yet nothing happened. I had to use PayPal chargeback to get my money back. Would not recommend.

Where do I start…. We were messed around for 6 months while trying to buy a 5950x because the owner “accidentally” refunded the order.

They then had issues on one of their vps nodes that we used, refused to look into it and insisted it was a problem on our end. We were swapped to a different node and given it free for a few months, little did we know we were put on a DEVELOPMENT node which was taken offline around 3 weeks ago for maintenance, we tried hard to get them to put the server back online so we could keep using it but they refused. They replaced it a third time and claimed they had put all our stuff back onto it, however they installed the standard unconfigured and dateless version of one of the pieces of software we were using in order to cover up the fact that they had CORRUPTED all our data and that we had to start again without backup.

We then finally got an upgrade to a 7950x which had been in the works for 6 months and were being asked to pay for a temporary 5950x server the owner said we could have for free until he got the 7950x up. He was requesting around £1100 for 12 weeks of use. The server for a year would have been £1300 so it was a blatant scam and we refused to pay

Now the owner has stopped responding to our requests and will probably refuse to refund us for the 7950x we had for around 2 days.

Had a couple problems but it was resolved very fast. Always replied very fast.

The best hosting company, probably ever

I've been using Hypere for the past 6 months. I get round the clock updates on my servers. The service is outstanding, the support staff is serious and professional, the owner is always ready to answer even the simplest questions.

If i could give 6 stars, i would probably do it. The overall experience is exceptional. i have never seen such a fast and cohesive team, and all the issues are always resolved fast and easily.

I will surely buy and collocate all my servers with them.

Sent and email to sales and was quickly greeted back with the information I needed.

Setup of the server was in the timeframe of a couple of hours. Was also asked if I need a call to run throgh how to use the server management software.

Network has been great and the server performace is outstanding. Any queries have been answered very quickly

I recently have had the pleasure of utilizing the hosting/colocation services offered by Hypere. I must say that my experience so far has been nothing short of fantastic. From start to finish, the team was incredibly helpful and provided prompt responses to all of my questions.
