Excellent Service

Ordered a product from hyperdirect, product shipped within 1 day to South Africa. Parcel was delayed in SA but hyperdirect responded to all emails quickly and courteously. Parcel arrived and was as specified.

Misleading website and no response to complaint

I placed the order because next day before 1pm delivery was advertised on the product itself as being available provided the order was placed before 5pm. Order placed 4.30pm. I enquired the next day about the non arrival and received a reply that I should have placed the order by 3pm in accordance with the terms and conditions. I replied with screen shots of two web pages where it stated 5pm and 6pm as being the cut off. I have not received a response to that email. It is highly unlikely that anyone would check terms and conditions for conditions on delivery when they are stated both on the product and the delivery details section. Even so, I would expect terms stated on specific products to override a general rule hidden away in terms and conditions. I wont be ordering again from a company that has so little care in preventing conflicting misleading advice on the website and doesn't reply to a complaint

item purchased was late and no communication was possible to the company

Bought an item from hyper direct, payed £10 for next day delivery and the item didn't come. Tried ringing the contact number provided on the website which automatically ended the call every time. Then tried emailing the customer service department, never received a response. As a last resort I tried contacting royal mail directly to see if they had received my purchase to deliver, of course hyper direct had failed to provide me with a tracking number making it impossible for royal mail to find my product. Terrible service. I'd highly recommend not shopping with this company. Extremely unreliable and very unprofessional service.

Hyper Direct are first class.

I ordered a remote control switch on Thursday night. It was dispatched on Friday and I recieved it on Monday Morning.
I am in Ireland approx 500 miles from London.

Awful

Ordered a battery for my phone, money was promptly taken out of my account but the item never arrived. I went to their contact page, where I was requested to write my query in the box and I would be contacted, I did this and provided contact information but to no avail, I continuously phoned the company, who never answered and I ended up having to pay another company for another battery

Quick but not right service.

I have ordered a purple cover for my phone. I was promised it within 5-7 days of free delivery. I got it the next morning!!!!!!. But....... it was the wrong colour. Ordered purple - delivered black. Why?
