My sites are new, so have not tested with traffic yet. I am getting good performance without any compatibility or tech issues with more than ten plugins on each of my three sites, which I was getting with my previous provider. There is no live support, but contacted twice and issue was solved within 1 hour.
Upgrade to 10 sites plans from 3. I hope service stays the same.

Outstanding Support and Seamless Transition
I recently acquired the services of a Hyper Host web hosting company and subsequently purchased their Triple Web Hosting Plan. As a WordPress user, my original intent was to handle the website migration from my old provider to the new one independently. However, I stumbled upon an unforeseen obstacle - the process failed for reasons unknown to me. It was a situation that I hadn't been prepared for.
This unexpected setback led me to reach out to their customer support team and request their assistance to complete the migration successfully. In an impressive timeframe of just a few hours, they rescued the situation and successfully carried out the migration process to my satisfaction. Their punctuality and proficiency are qualities that I genuinely admire.
After the migration process, I spent a few days inspecting the files and the overall setup. Eventually, I wanted to transition from their temporary staging domain to my personal domain. I edited the nameservers at my domain name provider, but was stuck when trying to add my domain to Hyper Host via their dashboard. It was slightly disappointing not to find an intuitive way to achieve this on my own, without resorting to their customer service. This is an area where I would recommend they improve for a more seamless customer experience in the future.
Nevertheless, upon contacting their customer support yet again, they were nothing but efficient. The issue was resolved within a couple of hours, demonstrating their unwavering commitment to making the customer's experience as smooth as possible. Their quick and helpful responses were heartening.
An additional service I requested was the installation of SSL, which they took care of promptly. There was no delay, and the immediate response further strengthened my positive impressions of their support services.
In conclusion, my overall experience with this new web hosting company, from purchasing their plan to interacting with their support services, has been satisfactory. They've proven that they're quick to lend a hand when issues arise and have excelled in efficiently handling support requests. However, there is room for improvement in making their dashboard more user-friendly, specifically in allowing clients to carry out actions such as domain addition without needing to contact support. Despite this minor setback, the overall experience has been impressive, and I would recommend this service for its prompt, professional, and responsive support.

I found support team are not working properly. I gave them a file for migration but they did nothing. Support team response times are very long. So in an emergency, you will not be able to get help from them. The migration tool not working properly.

CS Accidentally Deletes My Site And Just Shrugs Me Off
The CS accidentally deleted my site. Didn't report it to me either. Only admitted to it when I finally figured out ON MY OWN what happened.
They didn't have a backup of the site yet, as he deleted it just a few minutes after I finished creating it.
Not only did my hard work, time, and effort get wasted, I got disapproved by my payment processor.
The CS deleted my site right after I finished making it in time for my payment processor to do verification and manual evaluatio on it. They got a big 404 to assess. There was no website after I had told them that the site is ready (which it was).
The worse is nobody answered me directly when I asked why the 404. I pieced what happened all by myself. What did I get after they couldn't deny it anymore?
"Sorry for any inconvenience and thanks for your patience."
The CS tried to recover what he could from the site, but it was badly destroyed.
And there was a new error that appeared that I didn't understand.
When I tried to get to the bottom of the new error yet again, the CS said it was just part of the installation, but that he already fixed it.
No, it wasn't a normal part of the installation. I've never seen that in any WP installation.
And again, he didn't admit that it was due to the mistake he must have made. He was evasive and nonchalant, as he was previously.
I am just new to HyperHost. I was so close to signing up for the Business LTD for $500 (with the discount) because the marketing offer was tempting.
Thank goodness, I restrained myself and signed up for the monthly first, to test things out.
Right now, I am wondering if I should just cancel and ask for a refund.
The CS was not only reckless. He takes something like deleting my site so lightly.
Meanwhile, I haven't heard anything from anyone in their upper management. They either were kept uninformed (like I was), or they know but do not care either.
I'm seriously scared now to build the multiple websites that I was planning to build there. And I seriously had high hopes for using HyperHost.
But I will always feel the same risk that one day, my website/s might just get accidentally deleted again.
And if that happens for a second time, or some other form of it (god forbid to a site that is months/years old with ranking, traffic, and income), then that will be on me for still choosing to risk working with them.

My new got-to solution for WP hosting
What can I say.
Relatively new user. After only a few weeks of use, I must say I am very satisfied.
These people have created a rather well-thought-out solution. To be shared WP hosting, I have to say that the speed is top notch, the solution is very simple (but still lots of options) and is experienced as very robust. I would go so far as to say that they are in a class of their own. I have not come across a hosting solution that migrates WP websites and hosts WP in a more efficient way. Love temporary url. Customer service is lightning fast 24/7. I think I have finally found a new home for many of my websites.

Dashboard, speed and Support
Dashboard
It's easy to use and easy to manage more than one website, if this is your case.
Their file manager is excelent. You can copy and paste almost like Windows Explorer. It's easy to move files around folders.
Speed
Their server is Apache I think. Thei have a speed area inside dashboard. It's some tools to optimize cache, code, css, js and images.
They say you could even use wordpress without a speed/cache plugin. I'm using these recomendations in one of my websites. Although it's not perfect, it's a good tool, that optimization.
Suport
They are great in this. Everyting is resolved fast. One of the best support I've ever seen.
