Had an issue with them in my list not working on the sites promised. They would not refund. I dont reccommend HYPE as unlike other providers, even though Target was stated on their site to work, they will not refund me.

Refunds indicate good faith only. I hope your tech support employee has good manners. I hope you review the ticket so you know what I mean. So as long as there was a misunderstanding and the money was returned I give 4, and the reason for not giving 5 stars is because of the employee whose behavior was bad in responding to inquiries.
