Very low quality proxies
Very low quality proxies. I asked for the proxies to be replaced because they weren't working as advised twice. The second time they denied my request because they claimed I didn't give enough information about the issue and because I was pending cancellation. Very bad customer service.

Hello Agata, Upon further investigation you requested two replacements within a 3 week period and they were granted. To which you confirmed they worked and had access. We allow one replacement per billing cycle, any after is a courtesy. After requesting the target site for your use case to help better your solution, you set the proxies to cancel.
At Hype we value customer support and lenient replacement policies and hope you find a provider better suited for your needs.

They have not he cleanest IPs sometimes, but Sam is good guy, always replace and able to help if something goes wrong.

they provided fresh good residential rdp in the past , right now providing used residential rdp, they know it but stills says they can't gurantee it, they don't say its not fresh, have used their service for 4 month but stopped because of this, they focus on custom order only ,to provide fresh residential rdp, dont buy at&t not good for survey sites
