poor quality, wouldnt reorder or ever use again. no offense not a good service provider

I wrote this Company to question whether a hat they were selling is real? Email address wasn't any good i also wanted a Return Label but again how do I get a response from an email that doesn't reach the company? Does anyone has their real email address? Phone number, etc ?

I ordered 2 phone cases last week of March, I was charged immediately after checkout which is illegal, no company is suppose to charge you until item is in stock & received, the shipping tracker has been stuck in Jamaica since March 30, it is April 9 and still have not received anything, researched out to them, they stated “At times, certain items may go out of stock and need to be fulfilled from different warehouses. The tracking number may indicate Jamaica as the departure point due to the shipping route, but please rest assured that the item is being shipped from another location. We guarantee delivery, though occasional delays may occur due to the sensitive nature of our products. We appreciate your understanding and will reach out to the shipping carrier for more details. Thank you!” …… why was I charged if you do not have the item!!!!!! After reading all these reviews I see this business is a scam & currently on the phone with my bank to get my money back l

Package states it had been delivered however it didn’t deliver. As I tried reaching out regarding this matter I keep getting emails justifying that they are investigating with the delivery company etc. it’s been A MONTH! Still no resolution clearly it’s either a scam or there is something suspicious here. I kindly asked for my package to be re delivered as I clearly didn’t receive my items. Very frustrating as I was actually looking forward to try these items. I don’t even want a refund I’d prefer if I can just get the items I already paid for! :(

Horrible experience!! Don't order from this company. It took months to get the item. I emailed hundreds of times about the it but never got a response. Item is overpriced for the cheap material that it is made from. Read the horrible reviews about this company before purchasing. I wish I would have never purchased from this company.

Review for HypedEffect LLC, also listed as BeautifulWorld LLC. I am a verified buyer and believe I have been officially SCAMMED by this shell company. They listed their company as based in Albuquerque, New Mexico (on website) and then changed it last week to Sheridan Wyoming. Both support numbers (changed within a week) are NOT answered and emails DO NOT go through so there is no way to speak to a customer representative. I have received information on USPS tracking for an item purchased in 11/23/24 but have received no other direct communications from the company. Should I receive the product which was paid for, I don’t expect a quality item. I will be reporting this shell company to BBB, FBI, US DOJ and all other agencies as needed, so this company can eventually be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This company is listed under the Shopify app and I have reported them so buyers should be informed of their shady operations.

I ordered an IPhone 16 pro phone case from here on 15/09/24 which was supposed to be a birthday gift however till this date I still haven’t received the case nor have I been given any updates on my order. I attempted to get in touch with Hypedeffect on 2 separate occasions but they still failed to respond. I received a notification from Royal Mail on 20/09/24 stating that Sender has dispatched the item but till date Royal Mail still didn’t receive my order. The birthday surprise has been ruined and this purchase has just been a scam!

I ordered the Louis Vuitton checkered iPhone case. Once my package finally arrived, I unboxed my case and noticed that all of the adhesive was coming undone on all of the sides of the phone case. I’m very disappointed

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phone case from this company on July 11, 2024. I received the order on July 25, 2024, but encountered an issue as the phone cover did not have back-camera holes. Consequently, I emailed them the next day requesting a return address for a refund. They responded, offering two options for the return. The first option was to provide a return address and issue a refund upon receiving the item. The second option was to provide a free folio cover with a back camera hole that fits my Samsung S22 Ultra. This cover would be free of charge, and I could keep it without needing to return the original item. I opted for the second option. After not hearing back from them or receiving anything in the mail for 3 weeks, I reached out to them on August 15 and 16, 2024, asking for a return address for a refund as I no longer needed the replacement phone cover. They replied on August 16, 2024, apologizing for the delay and stating they would send the replacement cover ASAP. However, the replacement cover never arrived. I sent them another email on August 29, 2024, after another 2 weeks, requesting the return address for a refund, and I have not received a response. It has been almost a month now with no response. This business is unethical, and I advise against purchasing from them.

Ordered a LV Apple Watch band, broke after less than a week, reached out for a replacement- was told it would be mailed right out….. over 30 days now, no band, and all my emails are being completely ignored. This companies lack of customer service is disgusting. Don’t buy from them.
** update-I sent them an email and they responded back that my product would be sent out and I would receive tracking in 48 hours…..that was on 10/17/24….. I’ve gotten nothing from them and they are ignoring all my emails again….. this company is a joke!

I had to go back and forth with them about a wrong item and chase down my refund, BUT they made it right. This case is the 3rd case I have bought from and the other 2 cases lasted over 5 years, so I really stand by the quality of their cases and will definitely order from them again.
