I never received a package. I contacted them and they said they would send it again. I NEVER RECEIVED A PACKAGE. I asked them to refund my money and I haven't heard back from them. I think they're scam artists!

Either hypecloak is a scam or my mail carrier is a thief. And I dont believe the latter. Tracking is a hoax. Money gone.

There delivery service sucks. Sorry for this word. I am waiting for my second resend of the articles that I ordered and still haven't received them. I am reporting them to the BBB.

PLACED ORDER #2508103613823 TRACKING 68071468 NO MERCHANDISE RECIEVED

Order from hypecloak.com on 8-2-25 order#hypecloak25080222554429. Was given a tracking number HYD1100575068QN on 8-4-25. But never received the items that they said was delivered on 9-3-25. I have been in contact with their customer service with no resolve. This company is truly a scam. Please don't order from them.

This company is a fraud. They advertise under Coldwater Creek but they are NOT Coldwater Creek. I just notified my bank, and hopefully they will reverse the charges. They are in China, so I doubt the USA can do anything legally. Just do not buy from them! Stay away!

fraud. Didn't receive Coldwater Creek merch. They used C C brand hallmark. Never rec'd anything.

No mdse delivered. Cancelled credit card to prevent further charges. Read other reviews too late. Feel lucky to only lose $16.

Everything went wrong. Wish I'd read these reviews before falling for their deception. Ordered from Coldwater Creek, followed the "shipping details". Yesterday supposedly the items were delivered, but they were not. And, to top it all off, when contacting their "help" number they tried another scam of sending another group $5 to "find" my order.
Conmen (or women) from beginning to end.

Falsely represented as Coldwater Creek. Realized immediately after ordering. Tried to cancel. Received several emails but no option to cancel. Said shipped but tracking information is fraudulent.

False advertising. This is a Chinese company. I received a tracking number and followed it until it said my order had been delivered. I never received my order. It's a ripoff!

This company is using the Coldwater Creek logo and showing items listed on the LEGITIMATE website. I saw a a dress offered on the fake hypecloak.com site at $7.76 that's currently listed on the real Coldwater Creek website at close to $300.00! If it's too good to be true, it probably is! If I could give hypecloak.com a ZERO, I would. No way would I order from this company.

First of all they used the Coldwater Creek registered trademark, and clothing photos, but by the time you go to the cart- you are paying hypecloak.com - NOTCOLDWATER CREEK!! How is this not illegal?!?
Another Internet company scam. Thought it was too good to be true and it was.
