Terrible

Terrible Transport (Ups) i had a bad experience with the shipping. Sent deadstock shoe there because a nike factory flaw it did not pass now i had to pay additional 20€. Joke , i will never sell , nor buy on this place. I do not recommend

This platform is a joke seriously. I was a seller that did more than 200 sales on their platform as business account but what they are doing to seller is incredible BS.

You send in shoes that are unused, completely brand new just for them to be rejected as defective. I mean. I get it when an it is defective which happens from time to time but you have rejected more than 9 pairs I have sent in within a course of a week. Worst thing? You pay the fine and then the shoes arrived SMASHED at your door. Not once or twice. 7 out of 9 pairs came in smashed, the box they came in was fine. Yeezy Slides literally came back bent in half, box destroyed. STAY AWAY!!! Not to mention they cancel sales just because they want to. Treating sellers like pure shit!!! Worst company!!!! Gives you only generic BS AI generated answer.

Two Uses, Already Broken – No Help from Hypeboost

I bought a pair of Nike Cortez from Hypeboost and the glued edge between the sole and the shoe came apart after just two uses. I contacted customer service, explained that this is a clear defect covered by EU consumer law (Directive (EU) 2019/771), and sent photos as proof.

Despite this, they refused both a replacement and a refund, claiming the shoes were “in perfect condition when shipped” and that their decision was “final.” They could not provide any legal basis for denying my claim.

Their customer service seems more interested in dismissing valid complaints than following consumer protection laws. I do not recommend buying from Hypeboost if you expect to be able to claim a remedy for defective products.

Edit after Hypeboost’s answer:

Their reply is misleading. I received the shoes on September 12 and filed my complaint on September 18 – only six days later. To claim that the sneakers were "heavily used" in that short time frame is simply not true. This shows not only poor customer service but also dishonesty in handling complaints.
