Hypeairs delivers, but it takes some time

I ordered Af1 Lanvin in white and some additional laces. It’s true, that it may take some time for them to arrive, so like 2-3 weeks, but the quality and the product is good, so I’m happy!
The only issue I have is that the only way to communicate with them is through TikTok Comments on their posts, so through email or direct messages they just simply don’t answer.

I order a pair of Lavin af1 in April of…

I order a pair of Lavin af1 in April of 28th, they don’t even sent it, I always try to talk with them but they don’t respond, they respond me once and told me they were sorry and they going to notify me the next day on my email and sending me the shoes, still didn’t get any update, pls HELP!, my order it’s the #1059
