PLEASE AVOID!

It's a trap! The whole service is below average.
Photographers, make-up artists, the environment.
They ask you to pay £3000-£1500 promising you that can build a portfolio and they send you to 20 agencies. in the end, you don't receive anything, you only get USB with your pictures, which are 3rd quality, unprofessional pictures anyway.
They really pressure you to sign...don't sign anything!

I paid £3000 plus with this so called company and I expected to be in work with what l would enjoy doing. The money was paid within a month in full. From that cost l only had 2 lots of portfolios done and l had to call them often to get any assistance and at no time did anyone phone me to ask how things were progressing with me. No amount of excuses will l accept and l expected to have had job offers from agents. The boss who took care of me was ridiculous saying after the session ended l was a VIP and l thought why anyone would say that !!!

The company are full of liars and deceitful people, they are only after your money as they have never had any success in launching peoples modelling career, Zayn Marshall is a con artist and does his work of scam very well into getting people to sign a contract which you are not allowed to get your money refunded once you leave the building, they are all trained into making you think that you have a successful money making modelling career in the industry but rather to find out that you must pay further money to other agencies to get into modelling to make money. They have now closed down and do not respond to your phone calls or emails these days as they have no ground to stand on in justifying their disgusting behaviour. You will lose thousands of pounds for them to make a living for themselves in this rising cost of living. Scammers, liars and deceivers. Avoid them at all cost including Choice Model management whom they use to make you feel as there is still some hope!!!

Scammers !!!!! These are con artists. Don’t trust them !!!! This company is dissolved

What a scam... Do not buy anything from them, they will not reply and just take your money.

Would like to Describe them in ONE WORD - FRAUD

I am very disappointed with this company. Last September, I believed it. They made me believe it telling me that i would get a chance to get contracts.The very friendly lady was very persuasive.
I gave them 1000 £ and was supposed to give 950 more, which was yet a huge amount, as a mum of 3 students… and divorced. They just took the money and sent me bench of emails asking me to pay for the balance which i realise wouldn't help me at all to get any contract with any company!! When i saw the reviews, i realised that i ve been cheated myself.
Despite, Hype digital constantly send me kind of INVOICE, even if i told them i do not wish to go ahead! They asking money money …..
PLEASE do not trust them and get away!!!!

BE CAREFUL! You could be falsely enticed as we were. This cost me £2,000 for my son's photos a fun few hours and getting caught in the "Hype". Hype is excellent of luring you in, particularly getting the kids carried away, thinking that they may be the "next big thing". THIS IS NOT AN AGENCY AND DOES A FINE SALES PITCH TO THOSE NEW TO THE WORLD OF MODELLING! We are 6 months in, £2000 down and not even one casting from their "recommended agents"

Absolute rip off Scam, was told my daughter would get a port Folio for £300. We arrived at Thomas Street Studios who by the way trade as Hype digital. Had the shoot and felt pressured to sign up to bigger package if you want this to work for your daughter. I had to sign a form to say that I wasn’t pressured into signing when in fact you are. We left that office with nothing, oh the manager let us take a picture with my daughters phone from the computer screen. £2700 for what, very bad reviews saying you pay and get nothing at the end. I sent an email of concern and was told that this would be passed to their liaison team, I’ve have not reply from anyone since July. Therefore I have not paid any instalments as I wanted a guarantee that I would get what they had me sign up to. Long story short they have now sent me to a debt collector who now want me to pay £3175.00. It was only £2400 when we left the building. Do not go anywhere near this company, Thomas Street studios or Polo Models they are all under the same company.
I want what’s mine before I part with a single penny, they had £300 on the day as that’s the least they could take from me. You can’t cancel or change your package once you have left the building.What’s that all about, what happened to 14 days like other companies offer. Citizens advice & Trading standards will be my next call along with the FCA

DON’T FALL FOR THIS SCAM! This is a scam company, they are professional with their superficial promises. They took my £800 and still looking for ways to get more without any result.

STAY AWAY, THEY ARE EXPERTS IN SCAMMING PEOPLE AND IN THIS TIME OF THE RISING COST OF LIVING THEY WILL DO THEIR UTMOST BEST TO GET YOU TO PAY THOUSANDS OF POUNDS FOR PICTURES WHICH ARE NOT WORTH OVER £100, they say that they will send your pictures worldwide but instead only sign you up for free through CHOICE MODEL MANAGEMENT who are their partners in crime promising you work. It is an absolutely disgusting business they run working together, stay away from HYPE DIGITAL and be aware of their Customer service as they are not polite or helpful at all, Zayn will never ever get back to you once he has looted you of your money.

I'm in 2 minds I see good reviews and bad reviews. I only recently had a photo shoot on Monday 3rd October 2022. I don't know if its legit or not. Help im confused.

Excellent! Really impressed by the team. All of the crew work seamlessly together and have to say it - they do a great job! Thank you to one & all !

When i first arrived with my son, it was very busy, not enough seats for everybody waiting.
There were staff members sat around, nobody appeared to be dealing with any clients. There was about a 10 minute wait before anybody was seen. The staff seemed very uninterested in everybody there.
My son was seen approximately 40 minutes after our appointment time where he had his photos taken which he did enjoy and the photographer seemed nice enough. After that we waited around for about an hour to be told to go pop out for a bit and they would be ready to review my sons images and sit down with me in about 30 minutes, we returned in 30 minutes and waited another hour to an hour and a half to be seen. In this time some friends of the staff came in with bottles of wine, they all sat there getting ready for a night out (which they were discussing), the receptionist and make up artist were sat there discussing which aesthetic procedures they wanted. We were not offered any drinks whilst we were there.
Then when we went in for our meeting with the manager who was honestly the rudest person i think i have ever met. He plays on the children's emotions very much, at first he was asking my son how it went, if he enjoyed it an so on which is fine but when he offered my son a contract i said i wasn't happy to sign any contracts with him or another agency as i wanted to do research first his attitude completely changed towards me and tried to use my som against me telling me how he had enjoyed the experience & why would i want to stop my son doing something he wanted to do and when i said i need to speak with his dad he said to my son ‘if we could magically teleport your dad here do you think he would stop you doing something you want to do for only £20 a month, i don’t think he would if he was a good dad’
He then went on to tell me i was there for a fun day out and i had wasted there time and i had made them out of pocket. When i told him i wanted my deposit back as i was told over the phone by Jessica that it is a fully refundable deposit and is only used to secure the place and i’d get it back on the day, the only condition for not getting the money back is if i do not show up or cancel within 7 days. I obviously showed up and because i wouldn't sign up with them he told me that i am still not entitled to it as they provided me with a service and offered me a contract so if they offer my son a contract they don't have to give it back. It does not state this in the terms and conditions!!
The other point was that he said they do not offer contracts to everyone but i saw about 8 people go in that office and every single one of them come out with some sort of contract that he has sold them.
They are just there to take money off people!
Worst experience ever! I would not recommend to any body!!!

recommend if you are wanting a starter model portfolio or just want a good day out, bring a range of clothes and they welcome bringing your own makeup. they have a range of packages you can get to suit your needs - recommend!!!

All the bad reviews seem to have the same language type like they have been written from the same person. Clearly an opponent company or person who is jealous. Get a grip!

Fantastic company!

Just had a shoot for my daughter. We loved it! there were parts of the day where we were just waiting which we felt like was going to drag on. A good day out!

New people that are going for a photo shoot with Hype Digital, please....Be careful!
Ask true model companies about them and they will tell you the truth and how the real model business work.
Hype Digital will put you into pressure for you to sign. Don't fall to their trap!
These guys had so many bad reviews a few months ago and it seems that they managed to take off most of them so more people are mislead into making a contract with them.
They trade with Thomas Street Studios and they are not authorized by the FCA!!!! Contact the FCA!!!
Once you signed the contract, by law you have 14 days to cancel it but they will tell you that it's a non cancelable contract, so you can't.
If you don't want to continue paying to this company make sure you send them an email before the 14 days. You might gonna need a lawyer if you want to fight against this malpractice misleading company once you sign the contract and don't want to continue with it.

BE CAREFUL, DON'T SIGN ANYTHING IF YOU'RE NOT SURE ABOUT PAYING 1000 OR MORE FOR A COUPLE OF PHOTOS. BECAUSE THAT'S ALL YOU GONNA GET FROM THEM AND MORE SCAM AGENCIES.

A TRUE MODELLING AGENCY WILL NEVER CHARGE YOU ANYTHING BEFORE YOU GET WORK.
