Lovely ring. Great price

I like the ring you sent but I realized it’s not the one that was advertised and what I thought I was ordering. Now I have to send it back and hope the next one is right? What a pain in the butt!

My original purchase had fulfillment issues, but Hyou did a great job making up for the inconvenience. My daughter absolutely loved her necklace.

I like the ring, but the sizing seemed off I ordered a 6 and it is to big. And your return process is terrible no return label, I sent you an email and I never received an answer back.

I LOVE Hyou!! I purchased several rings from them, as well as earrings, and have a long list of other pieces I’ll be getting. Photos don’t truly do these beauties justice- they look stunning. The vermeil looks like 18k, not 14k, as the color is a deep yellow. So happy they now have a store in DC!
