Mattress was of poor quality and some of the tufts came loose within months. Less than 3 years in, even more tufts have come loose, and the mattress has lost structure and function.

Terrible customer service when I tried to follow up. Email ignored for 11 months, but super quick to follow up on Trustpilot.

This is the 4th mattress we have bought from Hymas. They are such high quality, supremely comfortable and at a brilliant price.

I was after an ottoman divan storage bed and mattress for a spare bedroom. I looked at the normal bed shops before coming across Hyamas Mattresses on line. I was a bit anxious ordering online and not seeing the quality.
I should not have been concerned. Bed ordered, delivered promptly, on time and put together by Ray. This is a one man company who personally does the deliveries.
Best of all is the excellent quality of the bed and mattress at a very reasonable price. Very happy customer. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We had a choice of mattresses to try and Ray was very informative helpful and friendly.

Our 3rd mattress delivered by Ray today and I'm sure the quality will be top notch like the service and our previous 2 purchases. Wouldn't have the slightest reservation recommending this company to anyone.

Fab! Very happy with the quality of the mattress (so far). Didn't realise we were buying from a smallish independent company so when the owner phoned to arrange delivery (by himself) from the North all the way to Brighton, we were very impressed! From purchase to delivery, everything has been great. They even changed their delivery route to accommodate me going out in the afternoon - highly recommend!

I had been advised by my physio to get a new mattress with a minimum 2000 springs, and as much as I could afford.
I got it down to a few and rang Ray for advice regarding my back and the physios recommendation. After speaking to Ray, the preferred option was the cheaper one of my selection, so was happy with that.
Ray gave great customer satisfaction in arranging delivery when I was dictated to by my work commitments. Further to that, Ray also brought with him, the medium and firm, as they were both in the warehouse, for me to feel and et a better understanding of the firmness. I opted for the firm mattress, that has really helped my back in the first week. He gave advice of turning and flipping the mattress that was useful.
First class service and even better to deal with an English company.

This is the 3rd mattress I’ve ordered from Hymas, and have been very pleased with the service and mattresses which I found to be very comfortable.

I’ve been speaking to Ray today, and so far he’s been amazingly helpful, i will add to this when I receive my Ottoman bed base next week
Ray delivered my base as promised on time yesterday and was very helpful would highly recommend . I’ve got a slight problem but I’m sure Ray will sort out as he’s a star .
