Quality products and proper customer service. So refreshing!
I had a nightmare experience with delivery from a big national vendor, so cancelled my order with them and went online to find Hylands had exactly what I was after and could deliver and install the next working day. Nothing was too much trouble. The after sales communication was clear and timely and the installation team were excellent.
To top it all off, I got my washer dryer delivered and installed cheaper by Hylands than all their main competitors too.

Honestly, I can't rate and thank Hylands enough!

I was struggling to get my white goods delivered from any of the bigger retailers until the new year. I phoned Hylands on the 21st Dec to check their stock and delivery times and they delivered my washer, cooker and fridge with care the very next day.

Great fast and friendly service from the Longton store team and from the delivery guys and installers.

Twelve years ago I purchased a washing machine from them. It recently died so I purchased another from them.
I have purchased a fridge and recently two televisions from them.
What I appreciate is the fact that when I phone them I get straight through to a human being and don’t have to go through the usual menu of options that other companies make you do.
They are understanding and customer friendly.
The delivery people are always very helpful.
I cannot fault them, they deserve more than five stars!

I bought washing machine cooker ninja air fryer. I got them delivered today all delivered excellent service.
I sometimes get very nervous round buying electric goods but I am very pleased and grateful for my goods.

Hylands exceeded all my expectations. I needed a dehumidifier badly due to mould, and didn't want to skimp. The Ebac 4850 at Hylands was impressively cheaper than Amazon and Ebac by £50, and after a quick phone call inquiry, (which was more about a potential washing machine purchase than the previously researched dehumidifier), I made my order. Delivery was free, but sadly I wasn't able to test the same day delivery, (incredible for a same day afternoon order) and opted instead for next day. It was delivered, as promised, the next day, snow and all. No dings. No dents. And when unboxed and plugged in, it turned on just fine, and it's still on. I can't ask for more than that from Hylands, unless something breaks and then I can see how Ebac and Hylands work together; but with a 5 year guarantee I'm not too worried, and to be perfectly honest, everything after a no ding no dent delivery is product based.

Did the dehumidifier make a difference? After two days it is really obvious; The air feels much less damp and slightly warmer. Humidity has dropped by 7% already. I will give a review of the Ebac after a thorough working assessment, but so far so good.It should have come with wheels though, Ebac, and again that is nothing to do with Hylands.

It's a deserved 5 star for Hylands, as ordering online was simple; communication by phone involved talking to friendly local people and included my own distractions, while I asked about other products, and they took the time to do that with ne'er a grumble; and lastly, the Hylands delivery van managed next day delivery in blanket snow. Impressive.

Really impressed with Hylands Electrical. I purchased a fridge on the Internet after speaking to a very helpful member of staff. Phone calls/emails were answered quickly and helpfully. Fridge was in stock, was a great price and was delivered quickly to point of use. Based on my dealings I would recommend.

I wanted to commend Sean and Glynn of Highlands Electrical in Stone for their excellent service last Thursday. They delivered an integrated Bosch dishwasher to replace another make and model which had failed and was not worth repairing. They took a lot of care in my house and installed the new dishwasher immaculately. They were extremely pleasant and helpful and did a great job all round. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

Bought a Siemens dishwasher about a year ago from Hylands as the price was competitive and we've used them before because their service is very good. We suffered a water leak on the water inlet pipe and without a quibble came out the next working day (today) and replaced it f.o.c. - no quibble. The two chaps who came out from Hylands were very pleasant and professional. Having experienced the service levels of other white goods suppliers I can't praise Hylands enough and it pays to shop local.

Shopped around and found Hylands very competitive for prices, from ordering online and delivery the same day only took 2 hrs, wow

Purchased a cooker.
Sales assistant was very helpful, patient, and respectful. Helping to choose the right cooker. Providing information. I collected from the warehouse fitted and returned the old cooker to be recycled. Very helpful warehouse staff with load unload.

Purchased a new washing machine and their price was very competitive.
I have purchased from them previously, but not recently.
I ordered by telephone and was able to choose the delivery day. I also opted for removal of the old machine and installation/connection of the new one.
Delivery was on time and the delivery team were excellent.
I can't fault the service from start to finish.

Purchased TV at competitive price with warranty and good delivery/setup and able to discuss details with a well informed human being
