I love it just put it my 20 gallon tank the fish, betta, snails, and shrimp all love it they are play with the bubbles thank you so much will be buying again.

I had, for what reason ever, problems with settings on fish feeder. Service and recommendations were always fast, on point and very friendly.

Beside above said, feeder is really well designed and fabricated (I have had lot of other equipment for my 1,000l fish basin and I can compare it).

I received a light that had been damaged during shipment. Hygger customer support replaced for free and did it very quickly! Communication was great -- they even followed up after the new light had been delivered to make sure everything was OK. Top tier customer service!

Hygger Customer Service Team member, Ginger, quickly, courteously responded to, and satisfactorily resolved my issue.

Unfortunately, my heater stopped working after a year, but customer service was great , answered immediately and got a replacement in no time great customer service

The customer service in technical support's response is excellent. Ginger tries to respond within one day unless she is off-duty. However, the web page to purchase the product is not working well. I ended up ordering the same product twice, and the actual discount was not honored due to the existing discount provided by the company.

I ordered the Pond Feeder through Amazon. When I received it and set it up, the controller kept loosing time. Contacted their customer support and they got back to me right away. I have to say they were helpful to me in figuring out what was happening. They then sent me out a totally new controller and it has been working perfectly ever since. I love having the feeder automatically feed my koi 3 times a day. Takes the worry off me. Awesome feeder.

I bought a windstorm air pump and had some problems I got in touch with hygger and they were very helpful with advice and sorted out my problem without any problems would definitely recommend this company

I recently purchased a Hygger wave maker from Amazon and the service provided by Hygger has been outstanding. The wave maker is silent and packed with cool features!

I have purchased 5 lights, 3 filters, and 4 air pumps. All have worked perfectly for what i needed them for on my multiple Aquariums. I did have one light with an issue after about 7 months where the button wasn't functioning properly and hygger warranty replaced it in less than 72 hours. Customer service responses were quick and resolutions were made extremely quick. I highly recommend the products as they are great rice and quality has been great.

I had a faulty part in my wave maker so I contacted Hygger… I got a customer service agent called Emma. …
She was so good at fixing my issue and sending spare parts out. She had also kept up with communication by email to check all is ok… Top grade customer service and after sales advice..,

I have an auto on/off aquarium light from Hygger that I absolutely love, and have been using for about a year and a half now. Recently the power cord went out on it, and after a quick email they sent me a replacement cord completely free of any charge and hassle. Their customer service is truly fantastic! I’ll be buying more from them for sure.

Ordered a hygger python... Which is a life save, unfortunately one of the valves broke, after a quick couple emails I received a new one. Excellent customer service and producta.

Part of my original order didn’t make it to me, but customer service resolved the issue by sending me a replacement quickly.

I own two Hygger filters, and while I’m generally happy with the brand, the HG108-8W Hang-on-back Canister Filter didn’t meet my expectations. Even though it’s rated 8W for larger tanks, its flow feels weaker than my HG150-6W (6W) backpack filter. I even ran them together in the same tank, and the 6W filter was noticeably stronger.

I’m not saying Hygger filters are bad overall — I just had an issue with this specific model and wanted to share my experience. Hopefully, this feedback helps others, and maybe the company can clarify if my unit is defective.

Hello, This is a Review for the customer service for Hygger products. this company does take care of their customers. I have always purchased Hygger products and they have been excellent with the product and customer service. I just got helped with Tammy at the customer service team and she was outstanding and responded to my email in just hours to what i needed. Its a nice light. Flexible applications but programming just the timer is a dark hole of frustration.
