I have 11 Hygger Products right now and will be buying more for my multiple tanks!!!

I have 5 Hygger
Heaters And 5 Hygger Sponge Filters, I can assure you Hygger is very highly regarded in the fish keeping community for their phenomenal prices and customer service as well as the quality of their products. I am not super comfortable trying other brands because all the fish wholesalers I use specifically recommend Hygger Brand products, and after the many I've purchased, and the several more sponger filters and heaters I have yet to purchase for new tanks that are being set up, I can assure you that you're picking great products when you shop with Hygger. Subsequently I highly recommend their Aqua Scaping tool Kit and Syphons/Gravel Vacs as well! You can see their products in action on my tiktok @oceanandivy

Doesn't last long

I bought a prior version of this light and after about a year, the cord became so twisted it couldn't reach the top of the tank. When I contacted the company, they said that it was under warranty; however, they only offered 10% off a new light even though it was under warranty. After I shared this on Trustpilot, they agreed to replace the light with a similar light.

I’ve been using my Hygger light for…4 years

I’ve been using my Hygger light for years now and I love it !!!

I have to confess I am not a really nerd guy but I tried to make my own DIY setup !

I made a mistake and I couldn’t figure out how to fix it by myself !!

After just an email to customer service on Sunday evening my problem was solved by no far than more than the next Monday

Thank you Hygger team for your great work and help and specially on that one to Ginger who took care of my request…

Great Customer Service

This was my first experience with Hygger's customer service, and couldn't be more impressed.
I purchased the HG955 Power Vacuum, liking it's versatility. But it only ran for about 2 seconds.
I contacted customer service, and they had me try a couple of things, just to make sure.
Then I was surprised. The rep helping me asked me if I wanted a replacement, credit, or ???.
I received the replacement and it's working flawlessly! And they didn't ask for me to return the original. Thanks, Ginger! Great Customer Service!

Problem pump but great support.

So I purchased a pump and after about two months it packed up.
Contacted support who were very helpful in trying to fix the problem but to no avail.
The pump is well made and I was surprised it broke may be I was unlucky with a faulty one.
So support replaced it free of charge and delivered earlier than they anticipated.
The product may have got 4 stars but certainly 5 for their support.

Pleasant customer service

We had a warranty issue pop up and they sent us a new motor assembly which solved the problem. They didn't give us a hassle or anything and even followed back up once the part was delivered.

Very pleasant customer service experience. Would recommend.

Customer service was on point

Customer service was on point. Had an issue, I reached out and their team was on it. Replacement product came and unfortunately was damaged upon shipping. I reached back out and Hygger team was on it and shipped another! This is why I’ll contune to do business with this company! Great work.

The backpack filter had some slight…

The backpack filter had some slight issue. Emailed the customer service and they responded immediately. I was really amazed how they value their customers and answered all of my concerns. Definitely will check more of their products. Kudos. 🤩👍👍👍👍👍

I purchased the Hygger 360GPH Electric…

I purchased the Hygger 360GPH Electric Aquarium Gravel Cleaner to help maintain my aquatic turtle’s tank, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the customer support I received.

When the gravel cleaner arrived, one of the outlet parts was unfortunately damaged during transit. I reached out to Hygger’s customer support, and the experience that followed was truly exceptional. Emma from their team responded promptly, kindly, and professionally. She made sure the process was smooth from beginning to end and kept me updated the entire time. Hygger immediately sent a replacement part completely free of charge, and it arrived quickly and safely.

The level of care and attention they provided genuinely impressed me. It’s not often you find a company that stands so firmly behind their products and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I truly felt valued and supported throughout the entire process.

As for the gravel cleaner itself—it works amazingly well. It has made cleaning my turtle’s tank significantly easier and more efficient. The suction power is strong, the design is intuitive, and it removes waste and debris from the substrate with ease. This tool has already made a huge difference in maintaining a cleaner, healthier environment for my turtle.

Overall, I highly recommend both the Hygger 360GPH Electric Aquarium Gravel Cleaner and the Hygger brand. The product performs exactly as advertised, and the customer service is some of the best I’ve experienced. A definite five-star purchase!

A+ Customer Service and Products!!

I have a few products from this company, the only issue I had was with their wave maker, it quit working within 4 months of purchase. That being said, the customer service I received was superior! I had a new wave maker within the week and they gave constant updates every step of the way! One of the best customer service experiences I have received!

I just purchased the hygger slim LED…

I just ordered the hygger slim LED light. I am so excited about my purchase. It makes my aquarium world pop with vibrant colors of my fish and tanks setup. I love the programmable features that simulates natural light from dawn to sunset. Energy efficient also a plus, with a two year warranty.
I had a few questions and customer service support is top notch! I will definitely be doing future purchases.

I have bought a lot of tank heaters…

I have bought a lot of tank heaters over the last 40 years, but I have to say the hygger heater is one of the best I have purchased. I had a problem and I contacted their customer service department, they replied to my email straight away and sent a replacement heater with in 2 days. They kept me informed of delivery. Its not often I can say this about company's customer service department but hygger customer service department is the best by far it was a pleasure dealing with them!
I would recommend both the product and service! Great experience!

Amazing helpfully company

I purchased 2 hygger wavemaker from a reputable company,1 worked well other playing up after ,manufacturing error,contacted Hygger to report it,not thinking anything would come of it,i was amazed at the customer service,helpful to the limit,had 2 brand new Hygger delivered within days
Sent them pictures and a video as proof which prompted rapid response.lesson learned,buy direct from Hygger a company you can trust

Excellent Customer Service

I purchased a water change pump for my large turtle tank and unfortunately I just stopped working after about 5 months. I contacted customer support and to my immense pleasure, a new unit was sent out. I am impressed with the quality and speed of their response, and also how painless the whole process was. Thank you, Hygger, for making my life easier. My three turtles also thank you. My little pump makes cleaning their tank a breeze!

I had an issue with my turtles heater…

I had an issue with my turtles heater so I contacted the company via email, I received a response the same day. She was genuinely concerned for my turtles well being and helped resolve the issue very quickly. She even reached out to me afterwards just to make sure everything was still working well. I really appreciate the way it was handled.
