Went through the cycle scheme which complicated things a bit, but Andrea at Hygge handled it quickly and perfectly. I had a delivery problem (my fault entirely - wrong phone number), and again Andrea chased up the delivery company and got it sorted in minutes. Can't ask for better service!

The bike is great too - wish it would stop raining though!!

I cannot recommend the Hygge e-bikes highly enough. A quality made product which I can find no faults with. Excellent customer service from Andrea and speedy delivery service. Best purchase I have made after thinking about it for few months.

The recessed frame battery completes a minimalist design (perfect).
A kick stand included too!

I recently got the Hyggee Vester, these bikes are worth buying. I will definitely recommend buying it. It’s easy to handle also rides feel smooth and fun. I love this product a lot.

I’m really impressed with the quality of Hygge products. Everything is well-made and easy to use. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others — in fact, I’ve already shared my positive experience with several friends!

I though long and hard about leaving a review here, I don't normally. But my experience was pretty bad, I had two bikes both with the same issue, the back wheel wasn't fitted properly and the bike wobbled loads, the first bike the back wheel almost came off cycling over tower bridge (not a fun experience, potentially really dangerous). The second bike had the same fault and was completely unusable.

On the positive side there customer service was good, they replaced the first bike really quickly and when I told them I had the same issue and wanted to return it for a refund it all went smoothly. This is the only thing keeping it from a one star review.

Please sort out your quality control!

We ordered a pair of Hygge Virum folding bikes on Black Friday. Delivery was expected to be up to 10 days from date of order however we were really pleased when they arrived 4 working days later, direct from Hygge, in perfect condition. The bikes are perfect for our needs, being lightweight and easily manageable by a couple in their 'later years'. We intend to use them when we are sailing around the UK and beyond because they are easy to stow away onboard.
The experience with Hygge has been excellent and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them in future.

Bike arrived quickly and was easy to assemble just the pedals and handlebars. Beautiful bike and so quick on the road. Easy to use and gorgeous colour. Present for my best friend - she was blown away!

I am very pleased with my service from Hygge Bikes after buying the Hygge Virum folding e-bike. My bike was delivered speedily and in good condition. I am also very happy with the smoothness of the ride of this bike and the power on the pedal assist.

The delivery was quickly in the UK. It feels well-built, performing as advertised. However, as a customer, I’d appreciate a lighter option with the same high-quality end and all-terrain wheels.

From making the decision to buy the Hygge vester ebike to taking delivery has been a stress free experience. The bike itself is the best i have purchased over the years, build quality, power, etc . As for after sales Andrea i have not had more efficient and fast response to any of my questions.

I would definitely recommend Hygge Bikes. I wouldn't comment on the bikes themselves as it's too early. I haven't ridden yet, but the customer service is outstanding. The people I would like to sincerely thank are mainly Andrea, then Sam, and the web chat team. All of them are very helpful and supportive.

The service has been exceptional, had issues with it being mailed to northern ireland, but with great customer service and a wonderful staff member andrea, who is a credit to the company she resolved all issues and sourced a different courier to deliver! i know my husband will love this bike when he opens it on christmas as he rented the same brand on holidays and loved everything about it

Hi before I mention the bikes, I would like to offer my thanks and praise for the people at Hygge. I recently upgraded my Virum fo a new Losso this was dealt with by Andrea, who was excellent in all respects, from initial enquiry right through to delivery. Alos Josh assisted ne with a small problem with the new Losso, the front light did not work. A new one was sent out in a timely manner and Josh was approachable and knowledgeable.
Now the new bike, i had previously owned a virum and done 3800 miles on my commute in around 10 months, The virum is a great bike and never gave me any problems, but I was tempted by the extra punch of the 48v Losso as I Live in Wales. The new bike is excellent and offers greater punch on inclines, a word of advice for new owners when climbing change down and increase cadence, I was a pusher and have had to adapt to a more spinning style as this suites the motor better. Other than that the Hygge Losso is a great 5 star product and excellent value for money.
