Great price! Great access to pay with my HSA! Great shipping experience! Great setup experience! And to top it off, love the coaching, training and encouragement found in the app/unit. Not only rowing, but off day workouts to keep you going. Worth every penny.

Beware rising subscription fees and lack of support
I originally purchased my Hydrow in June 2021. I’ve been a subscriber the whole time, but with rising subscription costs, I can honestly say it is not worth it anymore. They keep rising the price of the subscription, and it seems like even with increasing the price that they don’t have a sustainable business. I just want to row, I don’t want all the other stuff, so many other apps do yoga and strength far better and cost less, just stick to what you do great—the rowing.
If you have all the money in the world then Hydrow is probably fine for you, but if you have any sort of budget then stay away from this company.
I’ve been incredibly disappointed with the support for milestones—after I hit the 1 million meters, I wasn’t able to get my reward item and it’s been almost 2 years. They’ve now sent me a link for a T-shirt but want me to pay £16 for shipping, blaming rising costs.
I’ve enjoyed a lot of the rows, but the live rows are set for US-friendly times only, making it almost impossible to take part in if you live elsewhere. I would prefer them to charge less for just the rows or a certain number of rows, rather than increasing the monthly fees so they can just create more and more content that I won’t use.
The actual Hydrow rowing machine has been great, I just wish there were reasonable fees for the subscriptions and a more inclusive community for non-US people.

I have been eyeing Hydrow for over a year and finally ordered the Pro last month. The shipping was super fast, and the rower was superbly packaged. In less than 30 minutes, my hubby and I put the rower together and we up and running. I absolutely love it!!

If you are looking for an indoor low impact exercise machine and you have the space then I recommend Hydrow. I have been a Peloton member for more than 3-years and I was looking for another low impact exercise to mix up my weekly exercise routine. Tired of waiting for Peloton to launch their rower in the UK I took advantage of the pre-Christmas sale and bought a Hydrow Pro. I am really impressed with Hydro Pro build quality, the vast array of programmes to suit everyone's abilities and exercise preferences is great.

Trainers & Videos are AWESOME
The trainers are great and the videos are easy to follow. I am a just starting out and it is motivational to see all the other members rowing with me. It also brings out the competitor in me.

Only a company with no integrity would…
Only a company with no integrity would not list somewhere in the sales description that there are ZERO workouts included with the machine without a subscription. Although I have no doubt having access to all the available workout would be nice, not everyone has the schedule or the funds to justify the above high subscription price. At a minimum if they are all about after the sale greed is to give the ability to purchase individual workouts separately. If your thinking of purchasing a rower, I urge you spend your money on a different company that has the best interest of their customers in mind.

I'm 54. I've been active all my life, but I've never been one for formal exercise. At this point in my life I need a program, and a combination of strength and aerobics. And I need to do it inside since it gets dark in Maine at 3:30 in December.

Great Product, Poor Customer Service
My Hydro Wave arrived damaged and it took multiple contacts over seven days before I was finally told that the damage was cosmetic and would not result in injury or shorter product life. I was offered some minor consideration to keep the unit "as is" and after some additional back in forth was offered slightly more. It has been over a week since I last contacted them and I have received nothing, not even a confirmation. I concede that this is a holiday week but it is not unusual in my experience with the customer "service" team. It has been more than a little bit frustrating.
That said, I enjoy the using the rower and the classes/instructors are motivating. I would have probably given a 5 star review if everything had arrived in perfect condition and I had not needed any service.
