First rate customer service and products
After I ordered a bundle of car wash products I was disappointed not to receive my mystery gift (all down to me not putting in the code). Adam went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and make for a very happy customer. I've used the products on my car and have to say it's revolutionised the way I wash my cars. It used to be the old bucket and shampoo for the last 54 years but how Hydro UK products have changed that for the better. Excellent products and excellent customer service.

Superb aftercare from Harry at Hydro
After receiving my parcel from DPD in a damaged state and the product has spilled causing the box to tear apart I reached out to Hydro directly to ask about what can be done due to not receiving my full package in its entirety and they kindly offered to replace the damaged items for no extra cost. Absolutely superb service and I was extremely happy with Harry who dealt with my query swiftly and efficiently. In this day and age it is not very often you don’t have to jump through hoops for an exemplary resolution to a relatively small dispute.
I am over the moon thank you very much!

Overall I'm very impressed with this company.
It's true that the pump bottles don't hold the charge, so you do have to keep pumping the bottles, but I wonder whether it needed more solution and this would work better. Possible.
It does clean most of the car beautifully, the bottom part is left dirty, where the dirt has lifted from above, but it's not too bad to clean off.
I cleaned my car several weeks ago now and have been off road several times and it is still clean, a bit dusty, but certainly not dirty at all. I would recommend.

I've been using Hydro car cleaning products for a while now, and they've made a big difference. They're easy to use, clean the car really well, and leave a nice shine without much effort. The products smell great, work exactly as advertised, and a little goes a long way. My car looks cleaner and stays looking good for longer. Definitely worth trying if you want quality car cleaning products that get the job done. Highly recommend! 🚗✨

V2 Spray Bottles
I have had a couple of issues with the V2 bottles but Hydro have sorted them out every time. Harry in customer services is quick to get back to you, give that man a pay rise!
