Do NOT order from this site. Item never received. Phone # doesn't work and they do not answer emails. This is a fraudulent site and thier claims are ALL false. Contacting bank for refund. BEWARE!!!!

Sent 1 of 3 hydro heads charged $70 more then what was advertised then asked me to pay for shipping for the other 2 to be sent!! Major scam!!!

Pure scam, ordered the buy one get two free, only sent one which is terrible quality poor packaging I cannot emphasise enough DO NOT BUY. And the product is leaking and doesn't not function as advertised

Don't buy.

If it dose not work like it dose not for us and turns the hot water cold.

If you want a refund you can't open the packaging it gets shipped in.

I waited for a month for it to turn up. Tried it. It made my shower worse and have been emailing back and forward for them to only offer a replacement at my cost of postage.

No refund as I want and return the product.

They suck and have made a simple process hard and painful.

First they scam you by claiming you will get 3 when you buy one but only send one so you will have go back and get other 2 and pay more shipping they had me send a video when I told them I just wanted my money back cause poor qualițy then tell me no refund on sale items

Definitely a scam. Buy 1 get 2 free. I only got 1 the other 2 never came. POOR quality. The 1 that arrived had a leak when hooked up to water. Complete crap. Don't waste your money please

It looks like I'm not the only one who got scammed by this vendor, their whole busiess model is based on a scam. I don't think I have much to add to what other people have said because my experience wasnt very different. I should mention here that I live in Canada and I paid $60 CAD instead of $40USD. Its shocking how this cheap plastic product is so ridiculously expensive.I didn't test the product so can't say if it lives up to all the claims. I was just disappointed that I only received one item when my order clearly stated "x3", yeah! I also fell into the buy 1 get 2 free trap. I contacted customer service and was told that only one item was added to my cart and that I'd have to pay an additional $20CAD for shipping and handling to receive the "free" products. Anyway I asked for a refund, they told me to make a video of the product without mentioning any exceptions. So I sent them the video and I was told that my purchase wasn't eligible for refund as it was a sale item. It's ridiculous how they couldn't mention this right off the bat. Now I'm stuck with this cheap showerhead that costed me $60 CAD.

The only reason they get 1 star is because I can’t do zero! I tried the buy 1, get 2 free deal and when my product was delivered, I only received 1. I emailed customer service and they said it’s because I only selected 1 and offered to send 2 more, but for me to pay shipping. Allegedly, it’s stated that you have to select 3 to purchase, but that makes no sense because that would email 3 bundles of 3 shower heads. I’ve asked them to show me where it says that and they can’t. They just offered me lower shipping fees. I’ve disputed the charge with my bank and I won’t stop arguing with them because of how ridiculous they are. Not to mention how cheap the product is made and there’s only 1 setting on the jet. I should’ve known better, but you live and learn.

I ordered a showerhead from a reel - my experience w/this company have been repulsive! They have a stated return policy yet, when you attempt to return, they make up why it is ineligible. I met EVERY criteria but, they continued to fight for $40 refund request. Do not believe ANYTHING the vendor tells you. My package arrived damaged and I am not sure if the packaging, or the product itself, are more cheaply made. It is now my mission to be sure that NOBODY gets scammed and "invests" in cheaply make China product. This company should not be able to be represented in our country.

Scammers! Buy 1 get 3 is a total scam! They’ll send you a fake tracking number with a piece of crap to scam you. They are most likely doing drop shipping and do not deliver the products. Their Customer Support team is not a team but a scammer!

Dispute the transactions with your bank as VISA has several fraudulent transactions against this place. They’re registered as E & G Sales LLC United States.

Firstly they advertise buy 1 get two free. They only send 1 then ask for more money for shipping to send two more.
The 1 they sent had a crack in the shower head.
I have spent several weeks trying to organise return and refund but am continuously been asked for more photos and videos of product and packaging.
The whole thing is a scam.
The product is plastic crap hence why it has cracked in shipping it’s is not what they advertised.
Steer clear of these useless pieces of work.

Cheap piece of garbage, I received mine with paint that was not applied properly and loose bits of plastic on the fan, I paid $44.94 USD and they only offered a $5 USD refund. DO NOT BUY

terrible customer service awful product, it just does not function as a shower head it functions as a drip even fully on taps it dribbles out, worse than a normal shower head, customer service is terrible offering me 30% refund AND a replacement which after a few weeks never happened, tried to sort out issues and get a refund but they do not want to refund said i would be happy to send back the shower head but be warned you have to send return back to CANADA! whats that about the website doesnt mention that they are not in the UK prices are GBP. had to start the paypal process to get my money back
