Bought one in November

Bought one in November. Couldn't wait for it to arrive. First of all it took a long time to arrive, approx. 3-4 weeks. I wonder where it was shipped from?? It does not work at all. Just a piece of aluminum tubbing with a cheap aluminum nozzle on one end and a very cheap valve on another end. The whole contraption weighs around an ounce or 2 max. I could get more pressure by putting my thumb on the end of the hose. it is so weak that it wont wash a fresh bird turd of the railing. It just doesn't work. I feel stupid for believing the ad.
