Great customer service and great product would highly recommend the product and the company

I'm new to Hydro and wasn't sure if I needed to use the tablets IN the Hydro water bottle or exactly how that worked. I wrote to their CS team and got a timely reply from one of their agents. Very kind, detailed explanation of how the process works with the bottle and separately, how the tablets work. I was impressed with the clear explanation and kindness of the reply. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

I originally received a bottle with a manufacturer defect on the seal. I am updating from a 1 star review, because Kristina was awesome and fixed the mistake promptly. She sent me a new bottle free of charge, including shipping. I hope she is recognized for her awesome customer service and I look forward to using my new Hydroh bottle. Mistakes happen, but the company rectified it. What more can you ask for?

I hate writing reviews so this is a big deal
First time buyer of this brand. I had an ordering hiccup which the customer service team quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I can definitely tell the difference in the output of hydrogen in this bottle compared to similar looking bottles. I purchased two, one to keep at the office and one to keep at home. I love the flip up drink thing on the lid that allows you to drink without hydrogen escaping. I highly recommend and great customer service too. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I bought two bottles at Christmas time. They both came wet. One of the bottles stopped working after a month. I received a replacement that didn't work and then three others, one after another that didn't work. Hydroh claim the bottles are wet bc they are tested before sent out? Then why don't they work when received? I am currently waiting for another replacement. I would not trust this company and their Hydrohbottle

I originally ordered 2 of the Hydroh bottles. After the first couple of weeks the one I was using had both of the rubber plugs on the body come off and shortly afterwards it just quit working.

I reached out to Hydroh and they replied quickly had excellent customer service. They sent me a replacement bottle very quickly.

I think if you are aware that these rubber stoppers can come off (and you can’t put them back on, I tried and tried), and are careful in that regard, these are a good choice.

I received two bottles in a very short time from initially placing my order. I immediately filled them both, the second bottle had a button that was stuck. I sent an email and was informed a replacement is on its way. This is what I would call EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Excellent assistance. They fixed the problem I had with my order that same day.

I have recently purchased a hydroh bottle. I was finding it difficult to understand all the details when setting the bottle up.
The customer service staff were very helpful after I asked for a step by step guide to make sure I completely understood what I needed to do. The guide is extremely detailed and very useful so I can remind of the sequence. I found the information in the booklet was a bit basic and left me with more questions!
Now I have all of the information I need. Thank you so much, I use the guide each time while I am becoming familiar with the product.

I have had the hydro bottle for 2 yrs when my brother gifted it to me. He swears its help his inflammation after an auto accident. Personally, though thankfully no health issues, its definitely increased my energy levels and I never leave home without making hydro water & transferring it to glass bottles. I LOVE this water & their customer service is the BEST! When my plug wore out, they were quick to assist me within a few days! Great company!

Same issue stated by RB March 2026 . I ordered 1 bottles. Charged me multiple times amounting to £400 taken from my account. Awaiting a refund. So fingers crossed. I will update on the sitiation

I want to thank you for making such a amazing product and for giving my wife and I so happy with it. We are drinking so much more water and losing weight cause of it. The water taste amazing and you want to drink more and more! I told my friends and family and they have gotten one. They couldn’t be more happy about it

I purchased a HydrohBottle in November 2025 and followed the recommended daily intake guidelines. Since then, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my strength, and the aches I used to experience have been greatly reduced. Their customer service is also prompt and professional when handling inquiries.

The customer service agent went above and beyond and replaced my damaged Hydroh Bottle even though the damage wasn’t really covered by their warranty. That is truly above and beyond in customer service. Thank you!

I’ve been using this bottle for sometime now with water from the tap and the water tastes nicer and seems to give a little more energy

I tried to place an order on this site. Initially after giving information it appeared ok. However i noticed there was a steep increase on price at checkout. I did not complete the transaction but tried again from start, same thing only now the price was doubled. After attempts from the site requesting all my details several times I closed it down.
I checked my bank details to ensure money was not taken. This was not apparent.
Then the bank contacted me as there were about 10 transactions all with different amounts and a setup of ongoing future transactions between 2 and 3 monthly from this site.
I spoke with the fraud dept of my bank and it appeared that my card had been compromised by the site. My card has been cancelled.
i now would be very wary of using this particular one in future.

I'm really impressed with this bottle, and, as of today, the company as well.
The water seems to be helping with IBS. I was sceptical at first, but decided to try it out. Within only a few weeks, I feel as though things are improving.
Then I broke the bottle, by being a clumsy numpty. I contacted the company to ask if I can purchase the glass 'bit.'
Their response has been amazing, and I can honestly say that I'm glad I bought from them.

When I started with the hydro bottle, I was a little worried that it was another product that took my money. I can honestly say that I’m enjoying it. I don’t know if I want to feel the difference, but since I have been using it, I feel good with less inflammation and pain in my knees, and I seem to have a little more energy when I wake up in the morning. I’m going to say that using the Hydro bottle has made a difference, and I thank you.
