Easy to work with and showed up before projected date.

Our cascading leaf fountain came today, it's portable with a remote control, can change the lights colours and change the appearance with different ornaments or fountains etc. We've tried it inside and outside and works nicely either way with a chill trickling water sound too 😎

I had originally been very unhappy with the after sales service. My product was faulty so I returned the unit including the plug. I received a new unit but no plug to charge it with!
I had sent 3 emails to ask when will a plug be sent so I could actually charge the unit.
I have now been sent a new plug so hoping everything will all be ok.

I initially called in as a mosaic piece was not attached. I was told to go and buy some superglue and mend it. I complained severely more times and eventually was sent a new mosaic piece. Not impressed.

Battery problems but Customer Services sorted us out straight away, love my Hydria.

Did what is said on the box

I still have not received the item despite paying extra for a rapid delivery. The delivery company has produced a list of delays. I have tried to speak to someone from Hydria but their communication procedures are abysmal and need to be improved considerably. I suspect that the delivery company, Evri, has lost the item and I have asked Hydria to contact Evri and resolve the problem. So far I have not had any response

Ordered the Snowman for my Hydria but when I opened the box it contained the penguins, e-mailed Hydria, within a couple of days they sent me the Snowman and told me I could keep the penguins too, which was really kind of them.My Hdria has pride of place in my hallway

My fountain is no longer functional after only a month of use.

Read description carefully as the marketing for general use can be misleading. Fountain battery discharges quickly and is really quite a pain to recharge, especially when the fountain is decorated. And heads up, you will not receive a mosaic accessory in the start-up-kit.

To figure out what could be wrong with my fountain, I used the troubleshooting guide to help diagnose the issue, but the replacement part I received did not resolve the problem. It now seems to be a faulty pump. I am going to check to see if I can get a warranty replacement, but I am not convinced that the new pump will last too long.

3 stars for now, and hoping for more if the new pump will outlast the original, but losing trust this was a sound investment.
