A really bad experience.
They promise good service and cosy rooms.
You get a shoebox of a room and a 20 min. walk at night to get the key from your room. The bathroom is the size of a dollhouse and clearly done by DIY people or blind builders.
The heating did not work and we had to sleep with the window full open. Nothing got fixed after numerous attempts to have them relocate us or repair the heating.
The room was "tired" and had a very bad layout. You had to switch plug between mini-refrigerator and kettle to make tea/coffee.
The bed was bad and you step onto the bed right after the door. To open the window, you had to stand on the bed. The window opens up like in the US and is VERY heavy and dirty.
