Great working environment

I have been working as a carer with Handle With Care, and I can honestly say it is a great workplace. Management is approachable, understanding, and always willing to help when needed. The team environment is positive, respectful, and well-organised, which makes the work enjoyable and rewarding. I feel appreciated for the work I do, and there are good opportunities to learn and grow as a carer.
I am proud to be part of Handle With Care and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and supportive workplace.

Great place to work

I have worked with Handle with Care for nearly two years, and the level of support and understanding I have received has been excellent. The company provides high-quality training, which is a significant benefit, and offers flexible working hours that support a healthy work–life balance. Overall, it is a great place to work.

I commenced working for Handle with…

I commenced working for Handle with Care (Black Country) Limited on the 1st April 2022. The company is a really good to work for and very supportive. The register manager encourages life long learning and since my employment, I have achieved the Care Certificate, Level 2 Common Health Conditions, Level 2 Medication, Level 2 Dignity & the Level 3 Adult Care Diploma qualifications. I was also awarded the scroll of honour in recognition of my learning and development achievements during 2024 and the 2023 Carer of the Year award. I really enjoy working with my colleagues delivery good care services to our service users and for the company.

As a fee paying customer

As a fee paying customer, I received excellent care from brilliant Handle with Care (Black Country) care workers for nearly 1 year. Fortunately, I am now able to care for myself but I highly recommend without reservation the quality of care and support the company provides to its clients. Verona
