Excellent customer service, Mel was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My HW100 came back working better than new, I was kept informed of progress and received it back in a timely fashion with some excellent advice on pellets. I've also ordered some bits from the website for my HW110 and had no problems at all. Happy to recommend with 5 stars.

First class service, great communication, excellent advice and quick turnaround. I am new to the airgun world and being the lucky owner of both an HW110 and HW44, I easily fall into the ‘all the gear and no idea’ category. Now that both of my guns have had the HW100 Tuning treatment, there's no more excuses. The guns are great and the power is consistent. I just need to get a lot better to do them justice.
From my first enquiry regarding work on my guns, through to them being delivered back to me, I couldn't have had better service. Thank you Mel and Steve.

Sent my 15 years old HW100S mk2 to this company for a rebuild and tune up due to it'sloss of performance. It's now a better all-round air rifle than when I bought it from new. It'll probably out live me.
I can't recommend this company enough a first class experience they certainly know the Weihrauch Hw100 inside and out.

nothing is ever straight forward and things go wrong, but when spoken t like a fool and treated like one it is just rude.

Great if your purchase goes well but not if you have an issue.

Very unreliable and unprofessional service. I ordered parts for my air rifle which never arrived. They don't have a phone number and slow to respond to messages but quick to take your money. Mel who is the person responding to my issue wants me to wait 14 days, she claims to have spoken to the local sorting office. We have never had an issue with deliveries and all they had to do was send my £8.50 item but they chose to avoid doing the right thing. This isn't over yet.
