My account was hacked while asleep, lost 160+trillion chips. Support team say I was playing which is not the truth. They didn't investigate thoroughly and no reimbursement.
I do not trust this site , not safe especially if your spending money.

I lost my account and tried to reach out through support emails. Submitted tickets. All I get is auto response that they will reachout shortly. No action after that. I sebt so many follow up emails as well and additional tickets and escalation. Still no response. Very bad customer service.

Greedy. Don't waste your time or your money. The second you buy, you're on a never ending losing streak..and you can't play for long unless you do buy. What a waste.

i have had a very bad experience with huuuge casino i have spent thousands of pounds on 2 of there apps i believe the app is rigged game play with the charms you end up with useless duplicates all the time and what they did to me on all occasions leaving me with yellow charms to complete set that means you have to spend more money to optain them you get disconnected and sent back to lobby with a useless saying on screen oops sorry you have been disconnected but everything is OK now. I send messages saying well it's not OK because when you go back to the game the wheels have reset and what makes me laugh is they never a issue with there poo ups disconnecting don't download huuuge casinos app they are dangerous they only want your money always about profits trust me it was really hard not to swear in this

Crooks!!! Read all reviews, they steal money. I was charged three times for a single purchase. Their help center told me it was credited even though I showed them receipts and refuse to give refunds. Stay away!!

Don't waste your time , I did so you don't have to.
Completed all the games to the end with NO purchases.. Collected all the Charm you could except the ones it doesn't allow you to trade so you wont finish the game unless you purchase coins because once the game is completed the odds are heavily stacked against you !!

You have ruined my experience with this game! added a hundred pop-up ads everytime i turn the game on or switch between games!! it is no longer any fun to play this game!! I want every penny I ever spent on this greed back!!!

This app's software and ethics needs serious investigation. I've played on it for MANY years with numerous usernames. So please believe me when I say stay away, or in the very least, don't spend money on it. If you've read other 1-star reviews speaking negatively about spending money, they're all true. There's simply way too much to speak of to write here. Customer support is nothing more than a joke. They all reply to everything with a scripted response about RANDOM and LUCK. They never address your concerns in any other way. If you're a HIGH level or someone who has spent a great deal money or both, they don't any due diligence FIRST before responding. Everyone is treated as someone new that has no clue what's going on. Buying chips with a high amount of 5-star charms included is a HUUUGE waste of money. You will often times only get dupes with MAYBE 1 or 2 new ones peppered in. Myself and others have purchased bundles with 20 minimum 5-star charms included without receiving a single new one. The prices alone are absolutely insane, why?! It's a casino app that gives nothing. Again, there's so much wrong going on with this app that needs some SERIOUS looking into. If you've never taken advice from a stranger before, PLEASE let this be your first time and listen when I say to stay away. NO GOOD.

Truth be told these people giving 4 star on here are working for the company because its the most corrupt casino going like I had 300b played cash madness 1b a spin jp 150b so I have double the chips of a jp they create rooms where you lose I hit a jp after it took 300b and I was down to last 25m and guess what jp came in paid 3b and many times it happens.the company need investigating.I put complaints in since huuuge found out I don't win any more about 10 minutes a week luck time.They are bloody crooks and no one does a thing about it I only play because I met good friends they know it.

When you reinstall and uninstall the game glitches meaning it will win and then when you lose all your money and restart it won't win it all and when you go broke again and you reinstall it then it wins and you can get up to close to 15 billion and then it just stops now how is everybody else winning but mine won't

My issues is I haven't had new charms in 4 days. I keep getting charms for the one that's already been completed this may be a issues you may what to look into and fix.

I've been playing this game for 9 years, And they just recently made me a VIP. But I have to say, it seems to be a trend with them since I have been playing this game that when they need revenue this game becomes very very unlucky and players that are really good players lose all their chips. This time however I think they just really crossed the line on the ethics.
For about 1 1/2 months now Spinning very reasonably for the level that i'm in I lost around 400T even if you spend money on chips and spin resonable for the level your in, you could lose all your chips in a day. And then another game they do is send a shark into your club to raise your level to put you broke. It's become like a piranha pool. I'm disappointed at the ethics of the management at Huuuge. Yes I love the game and the social but. Im starting to re think my participation. They need to stop this B.S.

I can only give 1 star but I would not even give one, they are manipulating people to think they can win.
