Bad delivery time and customer service

Delivery at the max time expected or after. Package damaged, they would take it back and so leave me 8 more weeks or more without replacement.
Bad customer service and no phone answer.

I do not recommend it.

We did not have a positive experience with huus. we ordered two items on Nov 25th and one of them was in stock. Today that I am writing this review is Jan 18th and we have not received it yet. We called customer service many times and stayed on the line for over half an hour each time. We canceled the other order which was going to be built, sure we made the right decision.
I am pretty sure that eventually, we will cancel the in-stock item as well, we just wanted to give it a try and be patient.
to recap, I do not recommend it. I do not know about the quality of products since I have not received any, but regarding the purchase itself, it is not worth the time and pressure.

The table is really nice and exceeded…

The table is really nice and exceeded my expectations. The only issue was on assembly, if steps are followed in order, the legs do not align with the holes on the table top.

Hard to contact

There is no information when the furniture will be delivered. We have to call huus that, however the waiting line took hours. One of the chair that I bought is also missing the screws.

Worst webshop in terms of client…

Worst webshop in terms of client satisfaction.
Ordered dinning table and chairs 4 months before. One of chair was not in stock and was showing a wait time of 3months. After ordering No clarity on status at all. After 4 months received only the chairs and still waiting for table which was showing in stock.Order status is already showing completed. No one replies to mail.If you call be ready to be in queue for half hour before someone picksup.
Not recommended at all.

Picked the chairs I wanted and got exactly what was shown in the picture. Good quality and comfortable chairs. The delivery took about 3 weeks which I doing was quick as well. 👍🏽
