Terrible experience!!
Our experience with Huswell was terrible. The electricity went out during our stay, and it took them days to fix it — we had no working electricity for 3 full days. They promised us a refund, but even after 2 months we still haven’t received anything.
On top of that, they offer discounts on future stays in exchange for 5-star reviews, which explains why their ratings look better than the service they actually provide. Extremely poor service and dishonest practices. Avoid booking through them.

Location and appartment are perfect.
You will see from windows Brabofontein and beautiful Antwerp City Hall. You can get tge appartment simply walking 15min from Central Station by the main street of the city. Plenty of restaraunts around, you are in abt 50 steps from the apprtment to Cathedral of Our Lady.
The only a kind of request to the owners of appartment - pls change towels on bigger ones (those ones that are now are a bit smakl to use after shower).

Everything was well-organized via the app and contactless check-in! All the information you need to check in, get the key, access the garage, and find out about heating, Wi-Fi, etc. is handled through the app. Very convenient!

House in Knokke heist is near the beach
Kitchen was ok, but not the coffee machine. Living room was ok, but not the carpet. On the second floor was only one toilet (to small and without Washbasin to wash hands. That’s terrible. We wanted, that the both children sleep in the bedroom with ground depth windows, but we couldn’t conclude it. Before booking, you told us we can use the garage for parking our car, but there was a big refrigerator behind the garage door. And you told us before, the home house is our guesthouse, but that was a ly too! We could use only the half one - but there was enough place.

Brainwashing with empty promises!
Unfortunately my experience with Huswell was/is not so good. We had a problem with bugs during our stay. After reporting this, I was promised a credit for the room that was unusable for the entire stay. This was almost three months ago and I am still waiting for the credit note.

Unsafe accomodation provider
Huswell is a perfect facade with polite and attentive communication but with no substance. If you have an issue you are in trouble. Very unsafe for travellers. As a customer you feel very powerless to have active response to your issues. You’re put on a polite hold that goes no where. I had no hot water or heating in the middle of winter and no where to stay. The company provided zero response and left me stranded. The refund they promised to provide is still ‘said’ to be coming over 6 months and many attempts to follow up later. Would never recommend this company or experience to anyone.

HUSWELL - Never again
We stayed in about 30 places during a summer trip to Europe. While the apartment itself in Ghent was good, Huswell was our worst experience. Totally incompetent with their overly complex key boxes. And ridiculously late check-ins so they can up-bill for earlier access. I would never stay with Huswell again.

Apartment without soul, uncomfortable, limited to the necessary, cold. Review on Airbnb got suppressed. Wouldn’t recommend it.

I had a very good experience
I had a very good experience – this was actually my second time staying in this apartment. Honestly, everything is close by and the place is very clean. The only downside is that you have to pay extra if you want a late check-out. It’s a bit of a pity because leaving at 1 p.m. is quite expensive. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thanks to the whole team!

I have stayed at two Huswell properties in Ostend and both were fantastic. Super clean, stylish, central and excellent customer service. I would highly reccomend Huswell.
