A great place to stay & close to all local attractions. All within walking distance.
Accommodation had everything you need.
Wasn’t sure about the parking, but when asked in a local bar they were happy to help and guide us in the right direction. For a long stay use the local station carpark.
Will definitely be visiting again.

Clean and good location
The location and cleanliness of the apartment made our stay wonderful. The instructions of Huswell were clear and made sure that in- and out-check went smooth . The garage was an extra plus.

Location was great, it’s very close to all sights. The space was clean but a bit loud, as it’s above a cafe and there’s another studio space above. All the soaps in the shower were empty and none in the bathroom. The sliding door for the bathroom was too heavy to slide open and closed. The free coffee & croissant was a nice touch. The check in/out times kind of suck. 5pm check-in is late, and the early check-in was very expensive.

Amazing property near lively nightlife
Amazing property, location and view! Very impressed with the accomodations and process to book and connect with the owner.
Located near a happening nightlife which is great but expect load voices until around 2am. Bring a noise machine if that bothers you.
We loved it and would stay again and again!!

Location is good. Apartment clean and contained everything needed for our visit. One small issue is the size - it’s a very small space, with no where to sit, other than one chair and the bed. The towels were also thread barren, only one set of towels provided for a three night stay.

Great property management experience
Booked an Airbnb that was managed by this company. Great little house, well managed, great communication / check in and out via an app. Had an issue - they were available pretty much 24 hours and were professional and swift with their responses and outcome. I will definitely look at their portfolio of properties, when I start to research my next stay in Europe

I stayed at their filthy property in…
I stayed at their filthy property in Ghent a year ago and they have just replied to my Google review stating they are taking ‘urgent’ action! If that’s their definition of urgent then it is certainly not the same as mine! No offer to compensate or make amends to me and as I won’t be returning I’ll never know if anything changed to save others such an awful experience! Here is my review from a year ago:-
Re: Characterful apartment for two in central Ghent
Filthy place, nothing like the photos. See images. The bed linen was stained, floor filthy, piles of dust under bed, chairs covered in dust, lights filthy and even mousetraps in the place which were also filthy! Who wants to stay in a place with mousetraps??! HUSWELL fobbed me off saying they’re contacting their cleaners after I alerted them soon after arrival (no further response received from them). They manage all flats in this building so avoid, common parts also very dirty. I have a long term health condition which I told HUSWELL and need anywhere I stay to be clean, no apology, they just don’t care! Avoid this host!

I’m deeply sorry for the condition you found the apartment in. Cleanliness should never be compromised, especially when someone has shared a health concern with us. We let you down, and I fully acknowledge that. Your description of the apartment — from the stained linen to the dust and mousetraps — is unacceptable and completely at odds with the standards we strive for.
Since your stay, we’ve taken significant steps to review our cleaning protocols and have changed service providers in that building. However, I completely understand that this comes too late to change your experience.
I realize you have no intention of returning, but should you ever reconsider or be open to further conversation, I would be grateful for the chance to try and restore even a fraction of your trust.

Beware of this company. I have rented an accommodation at the Belgian coast, did a pre-payment. They just wrote me that the accommodation was no longer available and asked me to cancel my reservation to receive my pre-payment back. No explanation, no excuses, no alternative proposed, no help…
