Very beautiful apartment close to the beach
Location just as advertised in the pictures. I am not sure if the bed liners where charged to us, because we opted for NO bed liners and ended up caring them from home. We arrived and had a pleasant surprise :).
Not a disappointment of course because the bed liners offered by the host where very comfortable.
PRO:
-close to the beach (5 - 7 min walk)
-close to restaurants
-clean apartment
-quiet neighborhood
-comfortable beds and overall a very nice experience to enjoy with friends or family
CONS:
-apartment is located next to some old buildings that undergo renovations. During our stay there where no works carrying out (weekend) but maybe it is something to keep in mind
Overall we had a very nice stay, enjoyed the last sunny weekend from this year and this apartment + the host Huswell made us feel like home.

Great apartment
We had a great holiday in a lovely apartment on the Belgian coast. It was clean and well equipped and had everything we needed. Huswells were excellent and communicated with us throughout the booking process.

Modern and a lovely place to stay.
The property was very clean and modern. The communication was good too. Very close to all amenities and a sweet town with lots of history from WW2.

Disappointed
The apartment was well-equipped and the bathroom, bedroom, and sheets were clean. The location is excellent, BUT IT HAS BEEN ONE ENTIRE MONTH SINCEi I VE BEEN WAITING FOR THE REFUND OF THE 150 EUROS DEPOSIT AFTER MY STAY. You sent me a Stripe receipt, but nothing has arrived in my bank account. I requested the Acquirer Reference Number to track the transfer, but you have not provided it. I am very, very disappointed.

We had a really nice stay in the HUSWELL Apartment in Ostende/Belgium. It was clean, modern and well equipped. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The living room has a big window directly connected with the big terrace where we spent the evenings playing games or enjoyed some drinks. The communication with the team was great and all questions were responded quickly. The Apartment ist 1 min away from the train station and we used the train for a Day Trip to Bruges. Bakery and supermarket are close and its a few minutes walking to the City Center or the beach.

Nice good located property
All well arranged and clear info and communication when issues arised. Only downside is the high cost of added services (late checkout, towels, etc) but you you that before booking. Property was perfectly located and nice. Some defaults in the house but in general we had a very good stay!

The apartment was great but also high costs…. the help from Huswell was a bit ‘too much’ concerning administrative questions and obligations…. the software re the payment of a deposit did not work in a proper way… so frustration before our holiday could start…. bu the stay itself was wonderful

Spacious apartment
The apartment was spacious and well-equipped and the location right next to the beach was great. Yet, when we arrived, the floors were neither vacuumed nor washed so we did it ourselves with the vacuum cleaner that was there.
BEWARE! Three days after we had left, the company withheld our security deposit for alleged smoking in the apartment. Neither my friend nor I smoke and do not know how they came up with this idea, but the company continues to refuse a return of the security deposit to this day!
