Scam scam scam!! Eat a peppermint candy!!!!!!!! Should be taken down immediately by facebook as a scam!!!!

It wasn't anything like they say it to be just like when you eat a peppermint stick nothing great I wished I didn't give 35 dollars just to try it dont buy it cause they must be actor cause it's nothing great

What a waste of £45. Money I really can't afford to waste. I feel I have been totally scammed.

I been waiting for my product for 2 months and continued to chase. Got informed they got a new ceo and here's their reply

Product never arrived and after repeatedly asking for a tracking link they told me they don’t have it in stock and I have to wait (same email 3 times in a row). I waited 2 months until I escalated the case to PayPal and due to costumer protection I got all my money back. It’s so weird since I know this product from the US and I really liked it!!!!

N.B.: Always use PayPal!!!!

Scammers stay well clear from this lot, will take your money and not refund nothing for months. Luckily I went through the bank and got my money back. The management is a disgrace will ignore emails for months and supposedly are trying to get new stock in, my honest opinion is they don’t have to money to re buy the stop hence why they won’t refund your money when they have it. shame because the product it’s self is not a bad product at all just the management and the fact you won’t actually get the product is enough to stay well clear from these.

I place an order then I made autoship every 60days ,they dedicated the money and never sent the order I sent to them reply first time that they have delay in components ,then dedicated the money and sent to them way my orderS didn't delivered they didn't reply.
Fraud and very bad company and customer service.

Now I know why there is no phone number for them so you can't reach them .

1st couple orders (1 dropper) went well but the last order when i purchased on 30/05/2024 for multiple droppers no email or tracking number!!!

messaged them a week later as it takes them that time to ship out but nothing, not even an email with them stating there has been delays

sent them a direct message through Messenger and Instagram but all i got was the "Courier company they use cancelled all the shipments and have to manually do them"
( cant cancel shipments if no tracking numbers)
so left it for a few weeks to sort out but no updates or any sort of communication
Then asked for another update and got the same response again
sent a message on FB Messenger and was left on seen with no response

so i sent a direct email to Jonathan and the Info email address and got the same excuse with no other updates or communication

This will definitely be turning into a law suit

It’s true, the company is a scam. I was ordered one item 25/5. No tracking number. No update at all…

The auto payment was done and there was no way to stop it unless you email them, which I didn't know so after the they took the payment I asked for a refund and they didn't reply with my first email, than sent another one a few days later and finally someone replied that the subscription was canceled. Great thanks and the refund? As per their policy, you have to wait until your order is delivered send them an email to refund and when they receive it and not opened or used, they will issue a refund well. It has been a month have not received anything and no reply to my emails. reached out on Instagram and there was no help there just saying "we ran out of stock and will be shipped in 3 to 5 days" (it has been 2 weeks).

Altoids have the same effect. Save your money, pop an altoid and inhale deeply. Done.

Not only do they not work, they have the worse customer service.
I just wanted to try one but somehow I had subscribed.

I have asthma when I took I could breathe really good could work in dust and not couch really good product for me would buy it again

Ordered over a month ago, they send you a sorry message that the order will be delayed 3-4 weeks, but they already took my money and they add that they'll give you a % off an order right now. Wait, order again and you already aren't getting your order for 3-4 weeks. Military men & women, veterans, do not, I repeat do not buy this product. Looks like I'm at a loss, but I will tell co-workers & veterans at the VA's not to buy.

Update - finally received 1 of my orders and can truthfully say that the product is not worth purchasing. I was hoping for a change in my breathing but the sensation is no more than sucking in a polo mint or using a mouthwash!
I think this product has been overhyped by affiliated social media marketing who are hoping for a quick and easy buck!

Order a subscription, 2 payments taken and still not received any product! I have tried to contact the company but my email bounced back and I fear I have been literally hustled!!! I have hopefully cancelled any further payment to this company but feel ashamed that I have been scammed as I have very little income and hoped this product would help me breath better as I am an asthma suffer.

Just received this in the UK. Just taken it and it is VERY strong! Literally gave me a boost and a very strange sensation when you first take it and take first few deep breaths. Was skeptical about them at first but very powerful was not expecting the feeling it has given me. Will see how long it lasts and if I notice any changes in my daily activities at work and update again

Purchased but then told to wait for weeks because they were out of stock. Requested a refund and completely ignored to this day despite numerous emails. Terrible service. Avoid.

Absolute garbage product…complete scam….waste of money…literally does nothing but make your breathe minty…basically a 45$ breathe mint…best part is when i contacted them they told me they “stand by there product 100%” yet they wont let me return a bottle with 1 drop used….if you stand by a product 100% then you should offer money back guarantees if it doesnt work….product is a scam…customer service is rude….dont waste time/money

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Drop FX. I placed an order for some items on September 9, 2023, and to this day, I have not received my products. When I reached out to Drop FX regarding this issue, they simply told me to contact the courier.

Following their advice, I contacted DHL, but they redirected me back to the merchant, Drop FX. It is frustrating to be caught in this loop of blame-shifting, with neither party taking responsibility for the missing package.

When I reached out to Drop FX again, they informed me that there is nothing they can do to resolve the situation. This is unacceptable considering I spent $156.27 on their products. I understand that policies may exist against refunds, but in this case, where I have not received the product at all, a full refund should be issued without hesitation.

To make matters worse, Drop FX has now stopped responding to my inquiries and has even blocked me on social media. This level of customer service is appalling and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I deserve better treatment and a resolution to my problem.

I am deeply dissatisfied with Drop FX's lack of accountability and their refusal to address my concerns. I strongly advise against doing business with this company, as they have proven to be unreliable and unresponsive.
