Very good if you can handle everything yourselves. But if you need to get in contact with them, its terrible - impossible to contact by messenger system og phone.

In general, it is a great service which makes managing rental easier. It is however a considerable room for improvement in writing and editing rental agreements.

I have 3 to 4 rental unit options. It would be good if I could have one template for each of them which I could just pick and add the names etc to when I change. That part of your page is not very user friendly.
It should also be easier to edit the text.

Worse service ever, have moved 3 weeks ago and didnt get deposit back yet even tho both side agreed. To call them you need to buy some premium stuff. DO NOT RECOMMEND

A service which helps to streamline renting a property in Norway. It automates several tasks (writing contract, deposit account, sending bills) and makes the renting experience more professional both for the owner and the tenant.
Sometimes there are a few glitches and things that need to be improved but the staff is generally helpful and responsive to fix problems along the way.

Very bad service. Have create a deposit guarantee by them, and received an email regarding the guarantee. Needed support, and tried to call them on the number stated in the email, where it said that I was entitled to phone support. When I called them, however, I just got a telephone answering system saying that they couldn't serve me now, and referred me to the support site, saying I could expect an answer within 2 - 4 days. Very lousy service. Definitely not trustworthy!

I strongly recommend tenants and house owners from having a house rental contract with husleie.no. It is been a nightmare for our family. Their customer service is terrible. Most times they neither responds to phone calls nor emails.
