Refunded the wrong amount, Cant get a reply
Refunded the wrong amount. Impossible to get a reply or callback to have the issue sorted. Was on hold on their direct number for over 30mins then disconnected a few times. Tried calling stores for some help to be told that you need to leave a request on the website which has been done endless times with no response. The leave a request is useless.
