Wow, just wow. Outrageous quality control and zero customer service!
Received my new shoes on Monday 18th Aug. Two different shoe sizes were in the box, and one shoe had a material blemish. Sent an email and pictures within the hour on Monday. Still no reply! So just called customer services. And the lady I spoke to could NOT care any less. ZERO, and I mean ZERO requests to identify my case. Just FOBBED OFF. PayPal chargeback incoming. And I see the demise of this brand! Wow, this USED to be a quality brand with a premium customer experience. People. Be AWARE of this company.

Being deceived into downloading an app not even related to tracking orders is so underhand and dirty.

Recently bought a pair of their Joseph Nubuck shoes in their sale and they were an absolute steal at under £30. Haven’t bought hush puppies in years, but wanted a trainer / shoe hybrid that works well as a casual trainer but also harder wearing and these and Clarks are only two companies I could find that make stylish looking shoes that fit the bill. These were incredibly comfortable straight off, and didn’t have to wear them in. The nubuck is soft but tough, and they are very well made. I’m quite surprised at the quality, but their original rrp was over £80 and they feel like an £80+ shoe. Shipping was tracked and fast with no issues

I have an achilles tendon problems, normal heel cups impact upon it, every time I take a step by pressing upon the exact spot where the tendon has thickened due to trauma.

It's an issue that impacts upon many athletes. fun runners and the elderly.

The only way of avoiding considerable pain is to find shoes with cut down heel cups. These are the only shoes I have found that address the problem and yet you don't mention this in your description.

I have (in the past) been an international sportsman, a PE teacher, a coach and run sports centres - so I know something about sports shoes. You have something special here !

The best thing was when I came across Hush Puppies Lorna footwear. I bought the German "Originals" as I had a German mother who always wore them. But . . . I found them clumpy, very expensive & the colours were not true online! However, I accidentally came across HP Lorna in a sale, so, ordered 2 pairs. I highly recommend them. They are lighter & far more comfortable than the German brand & are never off my feet & I can walk for miles with no problems. I even wear them in the shower & give them a gentle clean, dry then wear them while I dry off. My fussy feet love them too. Happy days.

Disappointed with Product Condition

I had high hopes when ordering from this Hush-Puppies, but unfortunately, my experience was frustrating from start to finish. I received a pair of boots with noticeable marks that were clearly present upon delivery — not what I would expect from a brand-new item.

Despite reaching out for support and explaining the urgency of my situation (I needed them for an event), the response from customer service came too late. I ended up wearing the damaged boots on the event day, and now the company is refusing a return or partial refund because they were worn — even though I had already flagged the issue before use/as soon as the item was delivered.

It’s incredibly disappointing to be penalized for their delayed response and to receive no support or resolution for a product that arrived in less-than-new condition. I expected better quality and accountability

Plain and simple white pumps, but so comfortable. Even made my wide feet happy!

Always find my shoes/sandals comfortable from Hush puppies never been disappointed. Colours great for summer look and my boots for winter wear well in bad weather

So comfy this is second pair I’ve bought there light and soft on feet shame didnt have other neutral colours in my size as would have bought more

Easy ordering and fast service lovely comfortable heels

I received a pair of shoes that had not been advertised as imperfect but which had what appeared to be scratches on the toecap of one of the shoes. I emailed Customer Services and attached a photo of the damaged shoe. The next day I received a full refund and was invited to donate the shoes to charity or otherwise recycle them. Excellent service.

Ordered two pairs of mens trainers (different ones). Not the usual quality/do not look good at all. Now have to return at my OWN COST! Terrible. Out of pocket now and can't afford to lose money like this. Will not order from them again as simply cannot afford to.

Order not delivered, royal mails “proof of delivery” clearly shows it’s not been delivered to my address and the company accept this. They have however refused to help any further and refusing to refund me. Complete scammers, take your money and do not deliver, then refuse to help. Will go through my bank and process a chargeback. Awful customer services.

Poor leather/ material quality which differs from photos.

Do not buy from these guys online. I cannot comment on the shoes quality as I've never received them, but the customer experience is just horrendous. I bought a pair of trainers online on a Saturday afternoon. The address I typed got overwritten by an old saved address on my browser upon order confirmation (my fault on that one). So I've immediately noticed when placing the order that the address was wrong. Within 10 minutes I've tried to edit the order on my account and this was not available. The same to cancel the order. Next step was to reach customer service, which are only available from Monday to Friday, from 9:30am on, so I've sent an email. FAQ said that orders placed during the weekend are not dispatched before Monday. My order was dispatched shortly after 7am on Monday before customer service opened. I've reached out to royal mail immediately to intercept it but was told they couldn't do it and had to wait for the delivery to fail before the item was returned to the sender. At 9:30 I called hushpuppies and explained the situation. Same answer as royal mail. On Tuesday I get a message from royal mail saying the order has been delivered, even though the address on the dispatch was not complete. Called hushpuppies again who told me there was nothing they could do, so I needed to look for it myself and that their lack of online capability to serve customers was just my opinion. I've travelled 1,5 hours in total to go and check on my previous address if it was there. It wasn't. Called hushpuppies again and was told to send an email so they can open an investigation with royalmail, which can take 30 days. Also, it is not company policy to refund customers until such investigation is completed, which might also result in nothing. Summary: a customer with no trainers, money spent, wasted time, and all because your customer service is just not available to support an online business. A simple feature to cancel the order within a given time after placing it. Or editing it! Every marketplace has this... Complete waste of time!!! Very unhappy customer

Your trainers are fantastic. I am having a knee replacement in a couple of days and the bouncy heels on your shoes ( from the sale section ) are the most comfortable and shock absorbing I have ever had. They make so much difference and are so comfortable. I can't praise them enough.i've found this with all the trainers I've bought from you( always from your sale section so they're always a good price).

Lovely slippers - husband likes them but they come up a little short in length.
