Good service and ordering
Easy to use website. Helpful on phone and when I went to the shop in Newport to collect my item.
Would have given 5 stars, but I used to be able to do this in my local shop in Ventnor, which they closed.

All good as per norm.
I always try Hursts first. If in town I visit shop and if I am housebound I visit site. Always try to use local businesses whenever possible.

Superb customer service
Superb customer service. They exchanged a faulty item after I struggled to find the receipt. I try to shop locally and Hursts are a prime example why you should. Great communication and an easy exchange.

Very impressed with Andy and Mark in the Ryde shop who really went the extra mile to fix a broken rivet style fixing on a dogs muzzle to make it secure. Excellent service And the price ? Just 4 p !!
