first time I used the company for Printer Cartridges , they were the cheapest and the items turned up on time. the website is good and easy to use and if needed the staff on the phone were very helpful.

Easy shopping experience, always fast delivery and no fuss!

I only ordered 1 roll of book protection film, 500ml long. I wondered why the postage was so expensive & when the item came, admittedly within 48 hours, I saw why. The box containing the roll was enormous, about 50 times the size necessary. Then, when I used the film, it was much thinner than I thought, certainly doesn't ''change paperbacks into hardbacks'' !

Searched the internet for lowest cost, but decent quality, C4 manilla envelopes and yet again Huntoffice came out top ! Also next day delivery which was a bonus.

The order arrived fairly quickly but was not complete - 2 items were missing. I phoned Hunt Office who explained it was the fault of the courier. Two phone calls from Hunt Office later, it emerged that 1 mssing item was actually out of stock and had never been dispatched (why was it available to order on the website?) and would be another week or so, and the other missing item would be delivered next day, which it was. This is the first time our company has ordered from Hunt Office and I am not sure if we will order again - we need a reliable office supplies provider and this first experience was disappointing.

All in stock and speedy delivery, perfect.

I ordered storage boxes for old papers.there were some instructions on the bottom of the boxes, but no instructions at all about how the lid worked. There seemed to be various options! Apart from that the service was speedy & efficient.

This wasn't the easiest of purchases. First one of the items was not available. But they rang and explained, offered an alternative and accepted my decision to wait for the alternative. They inisited on deliverying the rest of the order and it arrived the following day around 10.00am. When I opened the box I found one of the main items was not what I thought I had ordered. I thought it was my fault but realised later that I ordered correctly. I sent messages over the weekend and early on Monday I had both an e-mail and a phone call apologising and assuring that the correct items would be delivered on the following morning and the wrong ones corrected. Which they were.
Mistakes happen but apart from that this is the kind of service that you rarely get. Well done.

An excellent service from placing the order through to delivery - would definately use them again. Kept informed througout.

GOOD,RELIABLE AND PROMPT

The goods were delivered very quickly but some of the box contents were slightly
damaged (and NOT in transit).
The quality control at packing stage needs reviewing.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Huntoffice. Having placed an order late afternoon on 17th Jan I was delighted to receive the order the following day. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from this company again.
