Unfortunately I now realise this is a scam company. Don't go near it - they are thieves. My story is the same as the others to follow - I was sent a silly hat and when I asked where my boots were, I was told to return the hat or have it in exchange. I was offered a 50% refund but I imagine I would never have received it anyway. The site was convincing but the payment was a bit clunky and might have raised a red flag but way too late.
Scam. Sent me a knock off pair of Ray bans instead of gumboots and trued to convince me to keep the glasses for $80. Lesson learned. Price to good to be true. Beware, website looks convincing.
This is a scam, payment sends you to a 3rd party website, the confirmation email (tells you not to worry that a weird website name will appear on your bank statement) and subsequent emails are really dodgy- the initial website looks legit, but don’t be fooled.
It's a scam, a very successful scam at that. Website is well designed and does a good job of making you think its legit. The price should of tipped me off. Got my Nike hat instead of the boots i paid for but you live you learn.
We actually used hunterbootnz.com (and also shows up as hunterbootnz.co and these are scam websites. Very clever scam, in that they do send you something, but it is just a cheap knock off nike cap. When you complain, they so, oh the first package went missing so we despatch sent you this instead if you want a full refund you will have to send us back the hat or we can offer you a 32% refund straight away if you keep the hat. This seemed weird at first but then when we contacted mastercard to dispute the charge, they said we had to return the goods to get a refund or dispute the charge, so now we understand why they sent the hat. A lot of people would give up at that point but now it's a matter of principle and i would rather give my money to NZ post than these thieving buggers.
Scan Website!Ordered one boots and nothing received. Careful of your bank account!
Massive scam. No confirmation email. Rang my bank and they confirmed it was a scam.
I ordered boots off here....credit card was charged but no confirmation email. I've tried filling in contact form but it goes nowhere. Total scam....avoid avoid avoid this website!
My daughter ordered boots off this website - they have NEVER arrived $120.00 later - funded by me. Absolute scammers - many emails - no answer. WATCH OUT - dont go near them.
Hunterboots-Australia.com also appears to be a scam website :(
Pending credit card transaction comes up with suspicious business name “YXLQUZ +4965619125 DEU”
I have notified my bank to cancel the transaction.
No confirmation email of order from the company. No response when I completed their Contact Form.
100% Scam website, ordered boots payment taken was from a different name, contact is nothing FML
Early days, but yes this website looks like a scam. The price was quoted in NZ dollars, however was charged in US dollars and no luck so far in contacting them.
I think the website is fake, I ordered and paid for two pairs of boots and got a very strange email saying that the payment would show up as having gone through to some strange entity called 'BELFAST CLAY' no confirmation of the order. When I log in to check order status it says that the payment has failed and the order is pending. The 24/7 customer support is non existence and the support form I filled out led me to a dead end.
My order has been showing as processing for over a week. I have received no delivery details. I tried to contact them and despite their website saying they have 24/7 customer service I can’t contact them. It is a scam.
