Bought an item from them. It didn’t arrive and they said I would have to chase Royal Mail up about it. They refused to help me after Royal Mail said it is the sellers responsibility to chase these things up. They refused to give me a refund and only pretended they would help to get me to remove my last review. I will never use this company again

Item was cheap. Returned the item. No refund No contact. Lost nearly one hundred pounds. Con. Rip off

As per below, this company is shocking at customer service. It is impossible to get an address or phone number and they mentioned below they emailed me and sent another watch when they haven't. They haven't replied to any of my emails either. Still not got a resolution.

I have seen a picture but as it was for a great granddaughter living elsewhere I can only go by what I have been told. It is a beautiful very soft, cuddly elephant cushion and very welcome.

Purchased a PS4 controller in February. Now (May) controller button is faulty. Contacted Hungrybargains- admittedly received prompt response but no help at all. Told me as purchase was over 2 months there is nothing they can do. Surprised me, expected 1 year or at least 6 months on electronic purchase. Unhappy son at home. Steer clear and purchase elsewhere.

Lovely knife, cuts well. Delivery a bit slow

Delivery time was slow.
Picture on internet looked bigger than is.
Apart from that I am pleased with my purchase can’t wait to see my grandson’s reaction when he opens it

The product is very flimsy, poor build for the many I paid for a car hoover and it came faulty. I have contacted costumer service they asked for photos of what is faulty and all I received including the box. Did sent them all they asked for and now had no answer back from them. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE QUALITY YOU GET!

I still haven’t receive my item yet and not being told when it is arriving, quite disappointing though.

Delivery was good,the problem is that the sheath is not a proper fit for the Huusk model knife

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!
I ordered a Periodic Table Display on line from them as a gift for someone - money was quickly taken (fortunately I paid using my credit card).
I saw from the tracking that my item arrived in the UK from China - after still not receiving I re-checked Tracking … discovered my package was on the way to Georgia in the USA !!!!
No response from E-Mail I sent requesting my money back to buy a different gift.
Looking at other reviews (too late) it is stated that they are “SCAMMERS”.
Going through my credit card company re getting money back.
Have reported the company to National Fraud Line as well as to Trading Standards.
Please be Warned against this company !!!!

Excellent service. Very pleased with toy car.

I ordered a glass periodic table containing real elements.
However the item i received was the cheaper version containing printed images.
I am quite happy to change the rating should this issue get resolved, however i don't hold out much hope as there is no contact number and they never responded to an email query i sent to them previously.

Update: 15th May - Still no response despite trying to contact them again on their email address

Arrived within a week.
Works well . Bought for keeping the bits and cat fur under control in a busy household . Used on laminate floors . Picks up well .

It’s leaking pissing water and took a ridiculous amount of time to turn up still haven’t had a response after two days of replying dodge goods.. rip off con artist. Air conditioner!! Would not recommend worse online shopping experience I’ve had in a few years

I ordered a light therapy face mask which came within a reasonable time frame however shortly after ordering this I found out I was pregnant and was not able to use it anymore, I emailed the company before my mask arrived to ask for a refund and a returns address, I did not hear anything for 3 days and then when I did they sent me the returns policy and asked if I was happy with them they would send the returns address, it has now been a week since I have heard anything from them, I have emailed 3 times since and not heard anything back! Please do not order from this company they just want to take your money, they are not bothered about their customers!!
